If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST experience ever and you can’t get in contact with anyone from customer support. We’ve been attempting to contact customer support for TWO weeks now. They’ve closed three of my tickets saying the issue was “solved” and it hasn’t NOT been. We got a bed that is missing a piece and haven’t been able to get anyone to help us. Would NOT ever recommend this company. They’re the worst.

My home gym was delivered to me with no…

My home gym was delivered to me with no weights so it was useless, I ended up speaking with Ms. Nadia from customer support and she made it happen. I received my weights and now I can use my home gym. She was so nice and she understood my frustration but she did everything she could to make me happy, she's the best thank u so much.

Zoe from the support team was very…

Zoe from the support team was very informative, he ran me through multiple ways to troubleshoot my device. He also communicated in a timely manner sometimes he may even let me know that a previous message may have ended up in my spam folder. Overall great experience I give him 5 out of 5 or 10 out of 10 if I can. Thanks again.

Poor customer service

The tool boxes were fine. One of the boxes was damaged upon delivery. It took over 2 weeks to finally get a resolution and I don't have my credit back yet. I had to order a new box to finish my project. They just wanted to give me a discount for the damaged box. I hope that I get my credit back quickly.

My experience was that they were quick to respond. They ask relevant questions to help me get to my solution. In the end, it was my mistake and not theirs, but they were so gracious, and I would purchase from them again.

Great customer service, for average product

I recently purchased a wagon via target.com. Outside of the 30-day return window for Target, the handle shaft tore away from the frame of the wagon. I contacted Garvee directly; I did not waste time contacting the "seller" to me, via Target. The representative did ask for pictures and proof of purchase, before initially offering a partial refund, to weld the part myself. As I was under the 90-day warranty, I pushed back and asked for a full refund. Within 48 hours, a response and inquiry for my account information to receive the refund. It came within 48 hours of that correspondence. Total time for resolve- 14-15 days. Pros: great customer service Cons: wagon assembly is not well constructed, nor durable

The product seemed great at first

The product seemed great at first, but required full assembly before realizing something wrong with the faucet. Contacted Garvee to either send a new one or just the faucet. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting a response with 5 days since last contact. Very poor response to return or rectification of any ki n d.

I purchased 2 Garvee go karts Total garbage

I purchased 2 Garvee go karts for Christmas 2025. One of them had a broken hub assembly right out of the box making it inoperable. I sent Garvee customer support pictures and a detailed description of what was need to fix the go kart. They were quick to respond at first but after numerous e-mails it is now August 2026 and I am still trying to get the parts. And by the way the other go kart that I purchased at the same time is also inoperable due to the plastic hubs on the wheels breaking. I will never buy a Garvee product EVER AGAIN.

I bought a sand pool pump from them and…

I bought a sand pool pump from them and 3 months later it burnt the wires and everything in the box. Tried calling no number only email. They told me there was nothing can could do for me. Really ! So now I have no pump for my pool and I'm out $250.

Purchased an area rug. Color not as expected and too large for the dorm room. Return policy so difficult I will just put the rug in the next garage sale. I should known better than to buy from this online store.

Inflatable Dock - Poor return Policy

On 6/20/2026 I was excited to received a 6’x8’ Inflatable Dock from Garvee. I inflated it on my lawn as was pleased with the product but immediately saw a 1/4” gash through the outer vinyl layer near the fill valve. I contacted Garvee as they advertise ‘easy return policy’ and had many message exchanges with Customer Support offering me a mere $15 then $20 refund. Finding that unacceptable, I received a notice that the matter was ‘escalated’ for resolution on 7/20/206 and have heard nothing back! I never. Used the product despite it being a summer accessory. Very, very disappointed with Garvee and would not recomend them at all.

Defective, damaged & wrong size

I purchased a stainless steel utility sink for my garage. - The sink was NOT the size they specified on their website. It was 5" wider than the specs on their site. - The legs are supposed to insert into the sink as part of the stand. The metal flanges were not properly bent and the back legs would not assemble to the same height as as the front legs. - The drain pipe is flexible rubber and had a hole in it. - I emailed videos to support with no response. - I called and they were very rude and told me to get a refund through PayPal. - Almost a month later they emailed me wanting me to put the sink back in the original box and that I would have to pay $21 to ship it back to them. - This is $100 product that that was disposed of and I do not have the original packaging. - I am still fighting with them for a refund. There products are cheap, poorly made, and they are very painful to deal with. Stay away from this company.

Without instruction

I ordered furniture from Garvee and received it WITHOUT any assembly instructions. It's completely useless right now. I reached out to their customer support expecting basic help, but they refuse to do anything! Zero assistance, zero effort, total incompetence. They simply do not care about their customers once they take your money. Do NOT waste your money or time with this terrible brand. Save yourself the headache and buy from literally anyone else. NEVER AGAIN

I was missing the owners manual for a broadcast spreader and called customer support on a Sunday. The answering service left a message of what I needed and I had a complete pdf manual early Monday morning in my email. Great service!

Poor customer service

Ordered 2 sets of patio chairs through Macy's. First box was fine. Second box did not have the necessary hardware to assemble. The box arrived damaged, so guessing the packet with the hardware fell out. Despite multiple emails, no help and my emails are no longer answered. Spent 25 minutes on hold for what was supposed to be a 7-minute wait time, only to be told no reps were available. This has been going on for 6 weeks. Have chair parts that can't be assembled. The hardware is custom and not easily found to purchase.

You should measure 350 feet of fencing

I ordered 348 feet of 5 foot high fencing. When I questioned if the product I received was actully the product I ordered (due to size labeling on the box), the solution offered was "unroll it to measure it and then roll it back up to ship it to us, if it's not the proper length". When I pointed out the asininity of that, I was told I would be contacted by customer service. And I was via email. And they told me the exact same thing over and over and over and over. Obviously this company does not even use their own products or they would grasp the utter absurdity of such a solution. The final answer was "that's the dimension of the packaging". More asininity.
