I’ve purchased 5 pair of eye wear perscription glasses from Fytoo and my experience has been stellar .. the product is excellent , the value superb and I think their choices are the best in the biz! I’ve done a lot of online eye wear purchases and Fytoo is number one in my book - try them I think you roll be very happy with the products offered

Really bad experience.
I ordered my glasses on July 9th and I haven’t received them yet. I’ve contacted Fytoo and the shipping company 5 times and they both have said “you’ll received your glasses in 1-3 days. Fytoo said they already sent the glasses and right now it’s not their responsibility. I asked for my money back and Fytoo doesn’t want to give me my money back, they always say “I’m sorry, please be patient” I’m so disappointed and frustrated for the situation, I paid almost $160 for my glasses. Today, July 25th I don’t have any answer either from Fytoo or the shipping company.

I want to highlight Fytoo’s customer service. I wrote in about an issue with my order, and Summer from the support team responded quickly and with a lot of kindness. You can tell they genuinely care about resolving things properly and keeping the customer informed along the way. Great experience with their support.

I love my glasses, they have good quality. I love the company, good prices and the prescription is perfect. The customer support service is very helpful and respond me very quickly. Fully recommended

Affordable, stylish
A lot of designs, at affordable prices. Easy to input your prescription info (and keep it saved for ease of use). It’s been 5 months and all of my pairs of glasses have held up well so far.

Customer service was very responsive and polite. I appreciated the help I was given and the opportunity to get a 3rd pair of glasses for my son at a very reasonable price! In this economy affordable glasses is a blessing, especially when you have a rambunctious boy who is notorious for loosing or breaking his glasses.

Order glasses on June 18 2026 and was charged same day the glasses were shipped and are on hold at the Dallas TX post office since June 26, 2026, because the package has counterfeit postage, send ane mail to their support address,asking for explanation and no response, also called their phone number and nobody to answer, left name email and my phone number and nothing. This company is a scam, do not buy anything from them. UDATED WITH Order number 260617189212614384 Tracking Number 9302099148216637515515 Second update After 1 month and 7 days I received a replacement pair of glasses. Still I won't order anything anymore from this Company. Their customer service is marginal, if you try calling the phone numbers on their website nobody is available at any time of day or night you call, if you send and email never gets answered the only way I got and answer was when I get them a 1 star rating, for their service (lack of service). Then they indicated that they would reorder my glasses and that please changed my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating, on my book a 5 star rating is for companies that deliver on time, correct and efficient without the customer having to contact them. So as far as the glasses, they are what I order, so happy with that, but for the rest of the experience is a no go for me. Not a 5 star experience, went to 2 stars from 1 star because I got the glasses I order.

Outstanding at resolving my issue
I ordered glasses and I was extremely pleased with how they got the prescription perfect. I wasn't pleased with the frames and I worked with Summer who was diligent in finding a solution that was quite satisfactory. Summer really went the extra mile and offered compensation for my trouble so I would be able to apply it to my next order. I am pleased at how my problem was handled.

Ordered 6 pairs of glasses
Ordered 6 pairs of glasses. 5 were perfect fit, quality and PPD spot on! One pair was crooked and sit off balance on my face. Reached out to the company, got an immediate reply to remedy the situation. Fast shipping, quality customer service and great product. When picking glasses online, it can taking a big leap of faith. With FYTOO, you are safe and secure with the leap!
