Fusion Academy was a lifesaver!
Fusion Academy was a lifesaver in ensuring that my son was able to be placed in courses he needed for the summer with very short notice. The Fusion Academy staff ensured that he was engaged and they 100% contributed to his success in all three courses.

Fusion was a great learning solution for our son
Our son (diagnosed with ADHD) completed most of his CA math requirements at Fusion while he was concurrently enrolled at his public high school. The classes at his high school were too fast-paced and standardized for him to keep up. He was beginning to think he was "too stupid" to learn math. His instructor at Fusion was absolutely fantastic, teaching him at a pace and in a way that helped him gain both confidence and learning skills. With her help, over two years, he began to understand many concepts, gain confidence as a thinker, and recently, he proudly graduated high school (for a long time, absolutely none of these things were a given). He was also accepted to several great four-year colleges this past year. Looking back, we know that Fusion was the place where he first really became interested in working for his own future, and we are grateful to everyone there who took the time to see him and work with his learning style and his strengths. I'm so glad we took a chance on Fusion as an alternative learning solution.

Excellent math teachers

My 14 year old son finally began to see himself as a capable learner. He was excited about learning, for the first time ever. We couldn't have asked for a better experience Thank you!

We had a college pre read requirement that only Fusion could meet.
Our son needed to take a pre-calculus class over the summer in order to meet athletic pre-read requirements from three colleges. Fusion adapted a rigorous schedule and a rigorous course to meet that requirement. Fusion teaching was outstanding and the leadership were responsive and kind. Not enough kind things to say about the entire experience.

I cannot say enough great things about the Alpharetta Fusion location. They take a focused interest in each individual student and are extremely collaborative. It was emotional and exciting to see my daughter learning fir the first time.

Fusion was a gift for our daughter
We couldn't have hoped for a better experience than what our daughter had at Fusion Woodland Hills. After a serious TBI which pulled her out of her junior year, Fusion provided her an avenue to heal on her own schedule, regain confidence in herself as a student and reduce her stress. It was truly a gift for our family knowing she was so well cared for by the caring and dedicated staff at Fusion. She's now returning to regular school for her senior year and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Fusion Academy Brooklyn was a life saver for us!
Fusion Academy Brooklyn made an incredible difference in my daughter’s life. After a very challenging period, she found a supportive, caring, and personalized environment where she could rebuild her confidence and enjoy learning again. The one-to-one teaching model allowed every teacher to understand her unique strengths and challenges. The staff genuinely cared about her success, both academically and personally. Thanks to Fusion, my daughter graduated high school with confidence, became a Student Ambassador, and was accepted to Binghamton University. Watching her grow into a confident and motivated young woman has been amazing. I am truly grateful to everyone at Fusion Academy Brooklyn. They didn’t just help my daughter earn a diploma—they helped her believe in herself. I highly recommend Fusion to any family looking for a school that truly puts students first.

Mandarin 3
Mandarin 3, taught by Ms. Jiangli Wu at Fusion Academy in Palo Alto, CA, has been outstanding. She taught both of our sons over the years. She has command of the teaching of Mandarin and is an active coach and mentor to our sons, encouraging and motivating them to learn Mandarin in a way that is disciplined and enjoyable. She is the best Mandarin instructor we have experienced over many years. Fusion and its management staff have been terrific, working with us to enroll our son and providing the online infrastructure for managing the course for students and parents. Jiangli and Fusion were also very accommodating in working with our son to create a schedule that works for him this summer, with flexibility between online or in-person instruction.

Fusion was exactly what my son needed.
My son went to Fusion for his senior year of high school. We truly wish that we found Fusion sooner. At Fusion he found a community of teachers/mentors, students and the administrators who all helped him to thrive in ways that he had not previously. In his own words, he found a place where he could succeed and believe in himself. We chose Fusion because we felt like they would see him as an individual and that’s exactly what they did. Daniel and his team were so responsive. When we had feedback they listened, when we had concerns they helped us problem solve. When we told them what our son needed they really helped us to develop a plan around that, as a team. We’re very grateful for all of the growth my son experienced at Fusion. They had a wide variety of classes and great teachers. Every teacher took a genuine interest in his learning and growth, and it showed. He participated in a club and the senior activities. I would definitely recommend checking out Fusion.

Not for true academic purposes. It’s a business
Our Daughter Wanted to Learn. We Were Deeply Disappointed. I have an academically mainstreamed teenager. I made a huge mistake counting on Fusion to help my family - my teenager missed 3 months of her well respected school second to illness and withdrew for the semester and went to Fusion desperate to learn and catch up. We realized early on that Fusion was not a good fit - teaching quality was, at times, dismal with poor accountability of advancing curriculum/challenging my teenager. Our sincere efforts to engage the individual teachers, administrations were numerous from the begining - encompassing easily 40 emails. Despite raising concerns repeatedly with teachers and administrators, we felt our concerns were dismissed or not meaningfully addressed. Per my teenager AND while overhearing an online class, the teaching was maybe 15 minutes per 60 minute class and then teacher would make AI generated work for the student to do on own. You pay approximately $135/hr. I am so sorry to say this, but my teenager often felt some teachers were unable to answer questions in sufficient depth or explain the AI-generated assignments they provided. My teenager said it was a waste of her time --- the excruciating fact is that my teenager really wanted to catch up on missed school because of a long illness. She spent February to June, 2026, at Fusion & made little progress except for what she taught herself out of desperation (a huge positive - she learned to teach herself). The credits earned, we have decided, will not ever appear on her transcript; for us, it does not represrent quality education. Forget the 16-17k, the tremendous family stress related to Fusion not delivering; it was my teenager that was affected most and I cannot stop apologizing to her for choosing Fusion.

Fusion has been a blessing to our…
Fusion has been a blessing to our family. We originally looked at it for our daughter who competes competitively in gymnastics. We quickly realized that it would be a wonderful fit for our son who has struggled academically and socially. Moving him from public school was the best decision we ever made. The facility and administration truly care about him, and us. I no longer panic when the phone call comes from school. The feeling of confidence I have in their abilities to handle each situation with patience and kindness is comforting.

A Welcome Change
Fusion Academy in Warrington has been one of the most positive and welcoming experiences in my son's academic journey. Public schools could not meet his needs because of the one-size fits most approach. At Fusion, I feel they genuinely care about the students - not just academically but also emotionally. Doug (head of school) is kind, caring, and so approachable as is the rest of the administrative staff. Doug has a special way of making students feel they're valued and matter. He has a vibrant, infectious personality and I can't help but feel like I'm part of a family when we talk or meet! And I can't say enough about the teachers - - they have been so accommodating and flexible which has made a world of difference. Making accommodations through pacing or giving necessary breaks when my son became overwhelmed. Even through some bumps in the road, Doug, Zu, and Chris were ALWAYS willing to meet and discuss solutions. Ditto for teachers! The campus is beautiful - has a "college" vibe and because of the flexible scheduling, it fits my son's learning style. It's truly a unique and "outside the box" way of learning that fosters a love of learning. :)
