They make a great dance shoe! Their product protects your knees by reducing resistance from the surface you are dancing on. 80% of our linedance class owns Fuegos. My wife has 5 pair, I have 3.

You originally sent me the wrong shoes I sent them back. I paid for them. I have not received them. I’ve not heard any word from you guys. I’m gonna go to my bank. I’m gonna stop the payment on this unless you send me my shoes so if there’s a delay, I understand it, but no response is not working for me.Thanks for the updates and keeping me updated

They collect dirt easily on sole and difficult to get off. Makes them not have the glide I expected.

*** !!! UPDATE !!! *** JULY 14 I am both impressed and gratified. Brands that align their reputation with customer service and support are a valuable commodity in our current world zeitgeist. CUSTOMER SUPPORT reached out and resolved the issue. I am happy to say that FUEGO has earned my trust. ***** I have successfully purchased shoes from you for the last 5 years, this was the first time I had to return them due to the fit. What I've found is that the return process is egregious enough to keep me from trying again. With Amazon you get a QR code, return the unused product (no need to buy a separate shipping box) to Whole Foods. Easy peasy. With Fuego, not only is there a penalty fee for making a return (bad marketing), but you use the least reliable and convenient delivery service (one that has "temporarily closed" hundreds of locations nationally) the USPS. Which explains why they took so long to get here in the first place. Inefficient and punitive process precludes my willingness to "try" a new style of shoe from Fuego.

I am just not that happy with the Fuego split sole sneakers! No heel support! And because they are made with some kind of cloth they are really hard to keep clean! These would hold up much better made with the vegan leather . Easier to clean.

I love my Fuegos! They are comfortable and I can wear them anywhere not just when I'm dancing. I line dance and teach line dancing with them and they make turns and spins easy! My friends are all impressed and I say "It's the Fuegos! You need a pair!" I also like the many colors that are available. Hard to choose. I have 3 pairs now. Also, when my shipment was lost in transit, your customer service team was very responsive.

Arrived on time and fit as described. I have used them a half dozen times for Country line dancing and they are extremely comfortable.

Great customer support and great product! The shoes are just amazing. Light, comfortable and durable. I got the purple ones and they look amazing. I had to swap sizes and the process couldn't have been any easier or smoother.

I have a pair of green fuego dance shoes for shuffle dancing in and they are the best to dance in in a studio so smooth so easy I wear them for teaching every week

I received the original pair right on time . Size was good length wise but tight on width I returned these for next size up (the largest you do ) unfortunately purple size 14 , not in stock . I was kept informed though out wait. Once received shoes were great , now getting used to dancing in them !
