I submitted what I thought was a high res photo, but the result was not as crisp as I hoped. Did the upload get downgraded, or was it still high res.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great. I am visually impaired and a women at desk took the time to help me through out whole process. I brought pictures in on my phone and she helped me find them and then she went to your website and completed process with me and my friend. Pictures were ready the very next day for our Celebration of Life for a dear friend.. The best customer I have had in a long long time. Pictures were great! Many thanks!

Quick production, bent photo, weird minimum for test print
Quick production and delivery, no response regarding an inquiry for minimum orders - so I paid way more than I should or two test prints - although packaged well one of the prints was bent. The black-and-white print test was impressive, however.

Outstanding Experience, Soup to Nuts
It was easy to order online. I needed my photos fast so I asked for them fast and you sent them far faster than I expected. And, of course, the quality is excellent. All-in-all it was a fantastic experience, as the British say, soup to nuts. This was my first experience with Fromex but you definitely have earned my business.

Nothing beats real B&W prints
The quality and light balance are excellent. They look and feel like good B&W photos on photo paper because that's what they are. No halos, no extra color from an inkjet.

works every time
There is something about printing onto photographic paper and forcing the chemical reaction that no other process can match, even if they add a glossy layer on top of the inkjet print.
