The earrings I ordered arrived on the same day as they expected. The pair both came beautifully sparkling and they visually match with each other enough. The price was unbeatable!

The item was excellent/problem with the shipper.
The item was excellent. Better than promised. Other than the problem with the shipper. The shipper demanded to see my Identification card and tried to scan it which I refused. I then had to go to the FedEx building and pick up my package.

The diamond studs i bought didn’t work…
The diamond studs i bought didn’t work out the way i had hoped. While customer service was suggesting various options to take care of my issue, i just wanted a refund. They honored that and everything went well. I would definitely buy from them again at a later time. I appreciate their great service and that they stand behind the sale!!

Package was delivered timely. Diamond stud earrings looked the same as on the website after arrival. The box was very classy that the diamond studs arrived in.

The ring is perfect! Ordering while deployed and coordinating timing back in the states seemed daunting but Friendly diamonds went above and beyond to ensure the ring came on time and it everything was so perfect! Thank you.

5* isn’t enough
I never leave reviews but I can not be happier with every aspect of the service from this company. Firstly, the ring is amazing and my now fiancee LOVES it. The customer service is amazing, issues (not caused by Friendly Diamonds) meant I was without a ring 3 days prior to leaving the country where I planned on proposing and they could not have done more to help. They genuinely cared and seemed invested in everything being perfect for me and my fiancée. Thank you.

Beautiful Product
Bought both my wife's engagement ring and wedding band from this website after coming across their site and having never heard of them. Their customer service was fantastic and very prompt on my request to change shipping address, and the quality of both rings have been nothing but fantastic. The stones shine unlike anything I've ever seen before, and she has not stopped getting comments on the ring for months now. I will be buying more of their jewelry for her in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful and hassle free part of the biggest moment in our life thus far.

I bought an engagement ring from Friendly Diamonds, I’m from the UK and I dealt with Katie, nothing was to much trouble for her or for them throughout my experience picking the stone/band, I’m delighted with the ring it’s beautiful, I genuinely couldn’t be happier, 10/10 for customer service, made the whole thing effortless and felt at ease. I have already recommended to a friend and will continue to do so!

Wow wow wow, I think i came across Friendly Diamonds as an Instagram advert back in February time when I was looking at rings, since then I have been in contact with the amazing Katie Fair who truly went above and beyond in helping me get everything right for me, her enthusiasm, professionalism, customer service, advice were 💯 the best I have ever come across, you can tell she loves her job and equally making sure that her customers are happy with the products they receive, I genuinely felt her happiness for me when we spoke on the phone. I am sorry I cannot be more constructive with the review but the service was so good, I would 1million percent recommend Friendly Diamonds and I will 1million percent be back when it comes to picking out wedding bands. Beyond Expectations
I was very concerned about Lab diamonds . When I gave the ring to my wife,she loved it. 1 of her first reactions was I hope these are lab diamonds as she vehemently did not want “blood diamonds. “ The service and follow up, I was very concerned about receiving in time and it was, I received multiple emails tracking the progress. She loved the ring and I couldn’t be more pleased about the experience. I made right choice by going with Friendly.

Katie from the UK office has been…
Katie from the UK office has been absolutely amazing. With the ring coming from the American, they had been some difficulty getting the ring. However it’s getting delivered tomorrow. However Katie has chased the American branch daily and has also update me daily. Katie is an asset to your company, the only reason I didn’t ask for a refund is because of Katie’s fantastic customer service. Well done Katie :)
