I switched from a prior Mail delivery company to Fridays. I have been extremely happy medications have arrived on time and any current concerns are met with conversation. Friday’s provides an incredible service and shows their obvious attention to detail and caring for their client as a patient I would recommend them highly.
I chose Fridays because their website advertised physician-guided care, comprehensive laboratory testing through Quest Diagnostics, and “zero hidden fees,” specifically stating that medication, labs, and premium care were included with the membership. Unfortunately, my experience has not reflected those promises. I prepaid for a six-month membership with the understanding that laboratory testing was part of the program. However, when I requested bloodwork, I was initially told that laboratory testing was “not available through our program.” That response directly contradicted Fridays’ own marketing, which repeatedly states that comprehensive lab testing is included with membership. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy, I had to repeatedly advocate for myself, quote information from Fridays’ own website, and request escalation before my concerns were taken seriously. Even after that, I have continued to encounter resistance regarding bloodwork that was advertised as part of the membership. Another frustrating part of the experience was that my original support ticket was automatically marked as “resolved” even though nothing had actually been resolved, forcing me to start a new conversation to continue addressing the issue. The medication itself has worked well, but customer service and communication have been disappointing. Patients should not have to argue for benefits that are prominently advertised before they enroll. If laboratory testing is only available under certain circumstances or subject to significant limitations, that should be made abundantly clear before someone commits to a prepaid membership. Transparency matters, especially when healthcare is involved. I sincerely hope Fridays improves the consistency between what it advertises and what members actually experience.
I ordered and had it approved within the subscription period, but they cancelled it before it shipped because my subscription ended. So they stole $300 from me. They make you order monthly to pad profits. Scum.
I do not recommend this site; the service is terrible. They make mistakes, and the customer is the one who has to pay. They don't resolve anything, and if you're lucky, they might actually answer you.
Duplicate accounts were set up. I talked to over 13 people handful emails and it took me three weeks to resolve the problem in order for me to get my next medication in the mail very unhappy with Fridays.
I signed up with Fridays after hearing so many positive reviews from influencers who emphasized how easy it was to communicate with a provider and ask questions about your medication. Unfortunately, that has been the complete opposite of my experience. Before my first prescription was ever shipped, I noticed it included a compounded formulation containing ingredients I had never taken before (including B6 and L-carnitine). I also noticed I had been prescribed an unusual 11.125 mg dose of tirzepatide, when I had previously been taking 15 mg. I wasn’t upset that my treatment was different—I simply wanted to understand why. Before the medication shipped, I specifically requested to speak with the prescribing provider so I could understand the reasoning behind the formulation and dosage. I also explicitly asked Fridays not to ship my medication until my questions had been answered. Instead, the medication was shipped anyway. Because I never heard from a provider, I had to spend time researching the formulation and ingredients on my own just to decide whether I was comfortable taking the medication. That should never be the patient’s responsibility. I reached out repeatedly asking to speak with the provider. Every time, customer service was polite and told me my concerns had been escalated. However, more than six weeks later, I still have never received a single response from a provider. No explanation for the 11.125 mg dose. No explanation for the added ingredients. Nothing. When it came time for my second refill, I again requested to speak with the provider. I asked to return to 15 mg and specifically requested not to change my formulation again. Instead, Fridays sent me another 11.125 mg prescription, changed my formulation again, and once again shipped the medication without addressing a single one of my questions. I still have never spoken with the prescribing provider. To be fair, the medication always shipped quickly, and customer service has been kind. Unfortunately, customer service cannot answer medical questions—they can only say that the issue has been escalated over and over. If you actually need guidance from the clinician managing your treatment, that support simply wasn’t there in my experience. The most disappointing part is that provider access is one of the biggest reasons Fridays is promoted online. I joined because I wanted ongoing communication with the clinician managing my medication. Instead, important decisions about my dose and formulation were made without explanation, my request to delay shipping until my questions were answered was ignored, and after more than six weeks I still have not received a response from a provider. If your priority is simply getting your medication delivered quickly and you don’t anticipate having questions about your dose or formulation, Fridays may work well for you. However, if you’re new to GLP-1 medications, want to understand why your medication or formulation is being changed, or value having access to the provider making those decisions, my experience was very different. I believe patients deserve to understand and participate in decisions about their treatment. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience with Fridays, and because of that I’ll be looking at transferring my care to another telehealth provider.
I never met with a provider before my prescription and dosing were sent. When the medication arrived, I discovered the prescribed microdose was approximately half of what I had previously been taking through another provider. None of this was clearly explained before I was charged or before the medication was shipped. When I contacted customer service, they refused to address my concerns and simply told me to schedule an appointment with a provider. During that appointment, the provider acknowledged that I should have been informed of the dosing and cost differences beforehand. They also explained that the company had recently removed its previously required consultation before prescribing, an appointment that would have explained the dosing and allowed me to make an informed decision about whether to enroll in the program. Had I been given that information upfront, I would not have chosen to proceed. Instead, I was charged and sent medication without understanding that the prescribed dose was significantly lower than my previous regimen, making the cost substantially higher on a per-dose basis. My experience has left me feeling misled. In my opinion, the enrollment process lacks transparency, and the company’s response to my concerns demonstrated little interest in resolving the issue or ensuring that I had made an informed decision before paying for the program. **I have had many many interactions and discussions with their team and they have the same bland but firm response that they do not issue refunds and are in no way willing to work with customers. Do not be fooled by their response.
Unannounced Fulfillment Change and Unresolved Complaint I was a Fridays customer for more than a year, and my Wegovy prescription had always been sent to my local Publix pharmacy. Without notifying me, Fridays changed the fulfillment process and mailed my medication to an old address. This was not a misunderstanding. I was never informed that my medication would be shipped, never asked to verify my address, and never told that the new fulfillment process would involve additional costs. I contacted Fridays five times, three times in writing and twice by phone, and requested management escalation on three occasions. No manager contacted me. I was initially told that I missed the pharmacy’s reporting deadline and that my medication could not be replaced. I was later told that a replacement could be processed if I paid another $99 subscription fee, even though I had already paid the subscription fee for medication I did not receive. I canceled my membership because of the poor communication, failure to escalate my complaint, and refusal to correct an error caused by Fridays’ unannounced fulfillment change. After more than a year as a customer, I expected much better service. I will update this review if someone in management contacts me and resolves the complaint appropriately.
I HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR A YEAR AND NOW REGRETTING IT AND THINKING OF USING A DIFFERENT COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS AND THEY OUTSOURCE TO OTHER COUNTRIES WHERE CELL SERVICE IS AWFUL AND YOU CANT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THEY SAY. THEY DON’T COMMUNICATE BETWEEN AGENTS SO YOU GET BOMBARDED WITH EMAILS OF THEM TRYING TO HELP YOU BUT TELLING YOU CONFLICTING INFORMATION. THEY WILL TRIPLE BILL YOU AND THEN WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE THEY ARE MAD YOU SPOKE UP. THEY ARE WAY OVERPRICED PAYING $359 FOR A VIAL OF COMPOUNDED TIRZEPETIDE IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. VERY SCUMMY AND SCAMMY COMPANY THAT ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONEY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I SHOULD BE REFUNDED FOR ALL OF THE TIME I WASTED TRYING TO REASON WITH THEM.
So disappointed. They were recommended by my previous high dose provider for low dose maintenance. The prescription didn’t work at all. I met with their provider who upped the dosage and still gained 20lbs. Asked them questions and discontinued the service. They told me they could not cancel the service until I had a consultation with a provider. The provider said they would refund my subscription. They charged me over $500 anyway and said I wasn’t eligible for a refund because I had a consultation with a provider. What a trap! Then asked them to send prescriptions since they had already billed me for them plus some. They scheduled appointmentsfor 2 different times. Didn’t show up. Kept me waiting for over 45 minutes for a provider as they said was required to unpause my subscription (not prescription). They text me notifications for one appointment time. When I log in they say it’s a different appointment time.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Fridays. After signing up, they raised the price on me without delivering what was promised. To make matters worse, absolutely no services have been rendered, yet they outright refused to issue a refund. Their customer service is horrible, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to resolving issues. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Save yourself the stress and money. Stay far away.
Well, the drug works fine, the access to providers to discuss treatment or get any guidance is impossible. Changes are made without approvals from me and I do not like it. I will not be continuing with this service.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Customer Service and Broken Promises
I signed up with Fridays approximately three months ago and sincerely regret my decision. If I could go back, I would never have committed to the annual plan. The company advertises a customer-friendly experience and promotes the idea that you can cancel at any time. However, when I attempted to address concerns about my account, the information I received did not align with what I believed was represented during the enrollment process. That experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. My biggest issue has been the complete lack of customer support. For more than three weeks, I have been trying to speak with someone who can resolve my issue. During that time, I have called multiple times each week and have repeatedly been told that my case was being escalated and that someone would be contacting me. Despite these assurances, I have received no meaningful follow-up, no resolution, and no direct communication from anyone empowered to solve the problem. As a customer who paid for an entire year upfront, I find this completely unacceptable. In addition, I am not receiving the product and service experience that I expected when I enrolled. Rather than receiving answers or assistance, I have spent weeks chasing updates with no progress. At this point, it feels like Fridays acts primarily as a middleman between customers and pharmacies while providing little support when issues arise. Whether that perception is accurate or not, it reflects the experience I have had as a paying customer. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability. Once my payment was collected, the level of service fell far short of the promises made during the sales process. I strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do their research before committing to a long-term contract or paying in advance. There are many alternatives available, and based on my experience, I wish I had chosen one of them. Pros Enrollment process was simple. Cons Extremely poor customer service. Weeks without meaningful follow-up or resolution. Repeated promises that were not fulfilled. Difficult to reach someone who can actually help. Concerns regarding transparency and customer expectations. Poor value for customers paying in advance.
I spent over $1,000 on tirzepatide through Fridays over the course of many months, starting at the lowest dose and eventually reaching 11 mg. Unfortunately, I never lost any weight despite following the program. What disappointed me most was the lack of medical oversight. Each time it was time for a refill, I completed the required questionnaire with my weight, any side effects, and updates, but my prescription was simply renewed and shipped. I never had a meaningful follow-up appointment with a provider to discuss why the medication wasn’t working or whether my treatment plan should be adjusted. After taking a short break because I had leftover medication, I requested my next refill. Even though I had previously been on 11 mg, Fridays automatically reduced me back to 8 mg and shipped it without discussing it with me first. When I requested to speak with a provider, I was told this was simply company policy if you’ve been off the medication for a couple of weeks. I understand that clinics need safety policies, but after months of no results, I expected individualized medical care instead of automatic refills and policy-based decisions. I feel like my lack of progress was never properly addressed, and I left the program feeling frustrated after spending a significant amount of money with no benefit. I would definitely not recommend based on the lack of care I received and results I had.
I love that it is affordable and easy to get prescribed. The support through Fridays is very helpful, someone is always ready to help. What I’m not really liking is that they start you off at the lowest dose which is 0.2mg and can only increase your dose by 0.2mg meaning, it is taking me a while to see results. It’s affordable however, in the long run, if I stay with Fridays I will pay more over time to see results. And that’s making me question whether I want to stay with Friday’s or not.
I had a great first two months with them but getting my month three medicine has been a disaster!!! They said it's professed on their end and a ticket is open and has been escalated several times. I called the pharmacy and they said they had nothing for me there this month. It's been 12 days and now I don't have it for my shot day tomorrow. I've been calling and emailing them and keep getting told it's being looked into. I'm so disappointed and want my money back!
Do not used them!! I signed up for their GPL1 service In May. My first prescription was sent on 5/7/26. A refill was sent out early on 5/30/26. I have been waiting for a refill to be approved for several weeks. I have been given various excused from customer service over the phone. Their excuses make no sense. Their email responses are canned and do not address the issue, Today, I had a phone or video doctor visit scheduled. The link they sent did not work and when I called customer service, they said the appointment had been canceled! I don't think they have doctors or access to medication. All I get are excuses but of course they are charging me!
Customer service is a joke. I’ve waited for a callback for 5 weeks and called multiple times weekly to be told to be patient, someone will be calling me back. I paid for a full year in advance and am not getting the correct product/amount. I have been told an “elevated ticket” was put in 3 times only to have those tickets closed with no callback/email/contact at all. I wish I could go back in time and join a company that supports customers in the way that is promised on their site. Do not trust this company!
