Hadn't realized I had "joined" a year ago. When I contacted support, they were very understanding and canceled my membership, without any hassle. Very professional experience. DR Holt

Timely response and help. Though some of the programs are week and lacking specially around status levels with airlines

Consistent, outstanding service from concierge. Far superior to any of those provided by credit cards. Great benefits. The membership pays for itself over and over again. I’ve been a member for 7 plus years, and it keeps getting better!

I was signed up as a companion to my partner and the process was as simple as sending it in, we’ve been with the founders card before and are small business owners. The Founders Card is supremely helpful and advantageous to both small business owners and those with many business expenses.
