Do not switch to them
Do not switch to them! They are useless Do not help with you anything. Won’t change my meter to a pay as you go. Send you our estimated bills that are hundreds. DO NOT SWITCH!

Grass isn't greener at Fosse Energy, think twice before switching
I recently made a protracted switch from TOTO energy to Fosse Energy. The word 'fosse' incidentally is of Roman origin meaning 'pit', one for which you'd use for burying rubbish, seems rather apt. Wish I'd never bothered, naively suckered in by Fosse's advertorial bilge that I'd been bombarded with in every correspondence I'd received from Leicester City Council. So anyway I've just had to contact TOTO for a refund as the modern smart meter that I've only had since October was not compatible with RubbishPit® Energy's system. TOTO's customer service dealt with my refund professionally and without issue. So my advice is this, save yourself alot of hassle, unless the future savings are going to be huge maybe you should stick with the devil you know.
