Not a fair company - Untrustworthy

Here's a company not honoring their warranty. Their eVault Max 18.5 kwh Lithium battery costs $10'000 come with a 10 year warranty and yet getting a replacement when the battery goes faulty is proving to be impossible. My battery failed after a few years and now holds less than 20% of it's stated capacity. They offered a 25% discount off a replacement but that seems completely unfair.
