I think this review is for the Tiffany necklace I won in the giveaway but I never received the necklace. The tracking number shows it’s still in California. I’ve reached out, team said they would ship it but it never arrived. Not sure what to think of this. I shop with the company often and this is the 1st time I’ve had issues.

First, let’s start with. I haven’t received it yet. It wasn’t a purchase. It was a giveaway on 5/8/26 that was Live and you had to be in the room to win. I was elated to win an LV bag and Rhode Lippies. They were done by the owner himself from his office. I was so excited I told everyone and now they’re all laughing at me that I was scammed. His 365 days of giveaways ended abruptly after that first week of giveaways and two days into the next week. After about two weeks of not hearing from him, I started to reach out to his Customer Service nothing I heard nothing. After about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks I went into his Live Auction to ask the host if he was around because he hadn’t yet sent out the giveaways and I was attacked by the people in the chat. “Hey Lady, if it’s free, what are you so worried about? You’ll get it eventually at that point I didn’t think so. I still don’t know” in the chat they were putting “block her block her” so I waited another week. I went in again and I said “has Will gotten my message yet? The host replied as he laughed, “ Will is on vacation, man Cherie must really want that dust bag she probably won, lol.” I told him don’t ever disrespect me. I have been in this business too long. You don’t know who you’re talking to. It was an LV bag, red patent, leather and Rhode Lippies. He tried to back out of what he said,” oh no anybody would be upset about that I didn’t know it was a bag.” I said, “yes you did. I told you before” after that I got a message that my package was getting ready to be shipped the next day. I wrote back and said I do hope after all of this it comes in a dust bag and it comes in a box and you don’t forget the Rhode. Since then, I’ve sent two emails asking for the tracking number and if it has been sent, and I have heard nothing back from them. So if that’s how they handle their customers because I was looking for the wallet that matched to buy from them there is no way in now and everyone who knows about those giveaways knows what happened not just to me, but it had to have happened to everyone else that was in the room. If I could get them zero stars, I would.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of bags from Foreign Objects during their lives on Whatnot. However, the last two bags I have purchased take 4+ weeks to ship; one was from Tiktok and one from the website, which was never shipped and I have to be the one to follow up on missing packages. My assumption is that the bag was sold elsewhere because it was such a deal they realized they could make more money elsewhere. They grew way too fast and dont have the right controls in place. The fact this happened two times in a row, I will not buy from again. I adore Will but business practices absolutely need to be tightened up.

Sold me a bag from TikTok live and I asked if it had a smell and Cynthia said it did not. The bag came and it def smells like a moldy basement. I thought I’d be able to clean it and the smell will not come out. $500 waste of money. I should have tried to send it back but the too late now. By beware, they lie to make a sell.
