Dear Customer Service! Honestly, I am starting to get completely frustrated with the administration. I have been waiting patiently for days, constantly inquiring, but I still do not receive any specific information or expected date. I understand that logistical problems may occur, but as a customer I have the right to expect to receive accurate and regular information in such a situation. Please, please write clearly when the package is expected to be re-shipped. If you still cannot tell me this, please let me know, because in this case I would like to cancel the purchase and request a refund of the purchase price. Thank you for your prompt response.
