Took time to understand a complex booking - took time to get back with options or I would call solutions - Didn’t hurry to sell anything - was a honest advisor and broker that allowed me to make decisions and understand my choices. Want to give a shoutout to Baz - a great advisor/ person to be on your team for travel related activities

Zane did an exceptional job
Zane was exceptional when it came to customer service. We had a very "interesting" scenario to work through and he was able to deliver solutions that I'm very pleased with. His knowledge of the travel industry gave me confidence in him, and I enjoyed our interactions. He was also very personable, so as our interactions continued I felt more like I was working with a trusted friend.

I would not recommend
The agent was very responsive . The discounts were not that impressive and I found several options on my own that were just as good or better regarding price and itinerary. Seemed like a high pressure sales job which always makes me worry. When asked about refundable flights I received a questionable response. Looks like a lot could go wrong with no real recourse. I received several texts from the agent that were meant for other clients ! Very sloppy indeed. I would beware.

Cooper is great!
This is the second trip I've booked with Fly Luxury to Europe. Cooper did a great job handling all my requests, he really facilitated the booking process with Turkish Airlines for me. As previously, he got me an excellent price. Would highly recommend Cooper and his team at Fly Luxury.

I use FlyLuxury to purchase tickets
I use FlyLuxury to purchase tickets. I was able to work with Harry Fischer, who was fantastic with his communication and answering any questions I had. I received my e-tickets within the hour of my reservation. Their prices were great and way below the regular airline prices. I would recommend FlyLuxury.

Great Booking experience
I was taken a back when I was connected to Fly Luxury to chat when I thought I was chatting with KLM representative. I had a wonderful experience with the representative who actually took the time to find the right flight for me and my partner. I recommended the representative Randy Moncler who also helped two other friends. He was very helpful and truely someone I would want to work with again.

I noticed that my tickets were issued…
I noticed that my tickets were issued for the wrong date. I contacted Max and within an hour the problem was fixed and my tickets were reissued with the correct dates we had discussed. I want to again thank Max for his speedy response.

First Time Experience
This trip is the first time we have used FlyLuxury.com. The experience so far has been exceptional. Kevin has been very helpful and understanding. Multiple calls and questions have been received professionally and knowledgeably. Every delay was due to the airlines not to FlyLuxury.com. Felix stayed in great communication…
Felix stayed in great communication during the process. Each time I asked for a change or for him to chow we a different combo of flights he was on it. It seemed too good to be true but he reassured me during each step. I usually am good about booking my own stuff but I just really needed a good first class fare at the best rate and to be taken care of. I was flying with kids and didn’t have the funds to pay high prices but really wanted the business class help with the kids to be comfortable.
