I strongly do not recommend this travel…
I strongly do not recommend this travel agency. I purchased my airline tickets from Montréal to Guangzhou more than three months ago and paid the full amount by credit card. I received a Flight Channel booking confirmation, but when I tried to manage my reservation directly through Air Canada, they could not find any booking under my name. For the past several months, I have called customer service many times. Every time, I was told that my ticket would be “confirmed soon” or that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. They even asked me to change my departure flight , which I agreed to in order to accommodate them. Now, with my trip approaching, today i call again and they told that I must pay an additional $700 if I want to travel. No clear explanation has been provided, and I still have not received a valid electronic ticket (e-ticket) or an Air Canada booking reference that Air Canada can recognize. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I sincerely hope Flight Channel resolves this situation, but based on my experience, I urge other travelers to be extremely cautious before booking with this company.
