The online interface was the best I've seen. We were able to place our initial order with ease. Following the order we needed some clarification. France, in customer service, responded very quickly, and patiently and in detail walked us through our questions. Eager to receive our first box, now.

Whenever I need assistance, France has been so helpful. She listens to my concern and follows up. She even reminds me to make my order. She is a great example of exceptional customer service. You should use her services as a standard for all your customers. I would hire her if she ever wants to work in Hawaii :)

I have been subscribing to FlexPro meals for several months. The food is tasty and very convenient. I appreciate the nutritional information (tracking macros) and the ability to pull one out of the freezer and have it ready for lunch or dinner so I don’t eat junk. I needed to change my next order and Frances in customer service quickly assisted and also applied available discounts. I appreciated her excellent service

Frances was able to assist me in setting up the flexpro subscription via text (it was 2hrs into my bedtime which startled me initially) as convenience. Have yet to see how the food/product will be. I have used Trifecta before (2019, pre covid). Interested in how this compares.

This review is based on the customer service, as I haven’t received my meals yet. I will update once they arrive. I had an issue with shipping and when I called RJ, he was so friendly, attentive, and helped immediately.

I wanted to start by saying that FlexPro Meals has excellent customer service. France, along with the rest of the customer support team, has always been friendly, responsive, and quick to answer emails. They genuinely try to help, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, my experience with the food has been disappointing. While a few meals were decent, many were difficult for me to eat. Several had a watery, mushy consistency that I found unappetizing. On more than one occasion, I had to stop eating because I felt nauseated and started dry heaving. The two meals I had the worst experience with were the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla and the Luxury Mac & Cheese. I simply couldn't finish them. Everyone's taste is different, so your experience may not be the same. I can only share mine. The customer service deserves five stars, but the food quality fell well below my expectations.

RJ did an excellent iob taking care of me. He made sure I saved the most money I could and got the best value for my dollar. He was diligent in setting up my portal login when I had initially mad a mistake setting up my first order. He was also extremely polite and made me feel welcome during the entire interaction. As an added bonus, flexpro has the best tasting meal prep around! I have no complaints with anything that I've ordered to date. Even the desserts are great!
