Double-check your art format
They charged me for providing non-vector art instead of telling me to resend. I had initially provided vector art, and they provided a proof with a terrible layout. I sent back the same art but larger, so it would be spaced better on the item. I was worried about the timeline, so didn't stop to think about the format i re-sent it in. They added $25 to my already-completed order without even notifying me.

Sturdy
The unit was nice and sturdy. However, the etching was not what I expected. It was difficult to read in most any light. I expected it to be more legible by being "darker"/"deeper"?

What I received was not usable; very disappointing
What I received was not usable. 1. The picture is quite dark, losing details of the person and the clothing, and the face and hands have an orange hue. Very different from the proof I was provided earlier in the process. 2. The background to the picture is also quite dark but with horizontal ribbing and with a large discolored splotch on the right side near the edge. 3. The text is so dark that the letters seem to blend and run together, making the words difficult--and in some cases impossible--to read. 4. As if glued in haste, the front piece is a bit crooked on the wood plaque. I measured to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me.

Exactly what we ordered
