I'm happy with the level of service, the quality, and the speed. I recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances. The only thing is, it's a shame there's no longer an option to purchase a 4-week plan; now the shortest option is 8 weeks.

I just joined this program, and I already feel like I’m going to love it. This is actually my second program because the first one just wasn’t what I needed. There was no community at all. The only communication was through a patient to doctor portal, and I honestly thought that was normal until I started doing more research. Then I found Fifty410… MY program! Yay! 🎉 I already love the app, the community, and the support. Even though the app kind of looks like social media, it doesn’t feel like it. It’s not overwhelming because it’s soley for the Fifty community! So I don’t have to worry about out people trying to recruit me or sell me something through live feeds when I just want to ask real genuine questions! WHAT A RELIEF and BLESSING it is to have found this program! I see anll the lovely comments of others encouraging each other, sharing their experiences, celebrating victories, and helping each other through the tough days. It already feels like such a positive place, and I find myself looking forward to opening the app every day going forward. It makes me feel connected and supported instead of feeling like I’m just another patient!!! I’m really excited about this journey with Fifty410, and I’m so happy I found my people!! I NEEDED this!!

I honestly believe that the compound that they sent was weak. I have since ordered from a different company and have finally began to loose weight. The last 3 orders was like this.

am very disappointed with my experience with 5410. My concerns began when I received compounded tirzepatide and had questions about the medication, the pharmacy, the dating of the vial, and how long it was considered safe to use after first puncture. I contacted the company looking for clear, straightforward answers and documentation that would reassure me about the medication I had received. Instead, I found the responses confusing and unsatisfactory. I was repeatedly reassured that the medication was safe to use through the BUD, but my specific concerns about using a multi-dose vial after it had been punctured were not adequately addressed. When it comes to an injectable medication, I expect transparency about the dispensing pharmacy, storage and handling, beyond-use dating, and how long a vial should be used after it is first punctured. I should not have to repeatedly pursue a telehealth company or pharmacy to get clear answers to basic medication-safety questions. I ultimately requested either a replacement vial or a refund because I was not comfortable with the situation. Unfortunately, the way my concerns were handled has left me without confidence in this company. I am sharing my experience so that others considering 5410 know what questions to ask before ordering. I strongly recommend confirming exactly which pharmacy will dispense your medication, the vial size and dosing schedule, the BUD, and how long the company and dispensing pharmacy instruct you to use the vial after the first puncture.

The price was great. $299 for 2 months at 5mg. I was switching from another provider so I was in. As soon as I paid I get a notification that they’re back ordered and it will take 2 weeks to process my order. But I can’t miss a week so I ask them if I can cancel. I immediately receive a message saying my meds will arrive in 2-4 business days…. I received an email saying I was getting 5mg tirzepatide taken once a week. However the vial that showed up was for a weird 2x/week shot and not 5mg. The breakdown is: first 4 weeks = 2.4mg twice a week = 4.8mg weekly. The next 4 weeks = 3.75mg twice a week = 7.5mg weekly. I showed them a screenshot of the email they sent but they had some bogus excuse/explanation about the pharmacy etc. but I was using Hallandale before with Fridays so I know it was smoke. I hope there was nothing wrong with the meds but you never know. They never owned up to it, just saying 7.5mg is more than 5mg. I’m like yea, but I ordered 5… no answer. Not the type of response you want from someone selling you drugs to shoot up… switching to someone else.

I have waited for 3mo ths before leaving this honest review. There are a lot of companies offering medications and plans for health and weight loss. I started my journey to better health and a better me this year as my weight was the highest it had ever been and my health was at risk. I found an online co that seemed affordable but ended up being duped fpr a low one month price but stuck with 2 months at 500/mo!! I felt defeated yet again until I came across this amazing company. Not only were my meds affordable but the community is full of amazing people to lift me up and so much useful information to help me on this wonderful journey of wellness!! I truly feel God led me to this company to save my life. Im 65lbs down and truly grateful for this wonderful team and fellow individuals on this same journey!!

I am over the moon happy to have found Fifty 410. Although I was happy with my last provider, I couldn’t beat Fifty 410’s competitive pricing. Additionally, their prompt communication and customer service matched what I was accustomed to with the previous provider. It was a no-brainer to switch to Fifty 410, and I am already referring friends their way. Thanks Fifty 410! So far, so happy! Holly

I was so happy with all my interactions with fifty 410. Great response time when responding to messages, very quick answeres. I ordered my product late Friday night and had it Wednesday early afternoon. Medication was cold and neatly packaged! This was truly such a good experience. I have had 2 injections so far and I am very well pleased with the food noise being gone, my cravings for sugar are reduced so much and overall I feel fantastic. Looking forward to continuing business with them. I highly recommend!!
