AJ has gone over and above to help me get the new program set up, scan photos, print, etc. He is extremely polite, doesn't get upset with my pea brain, and stayed with me through the entire process. Including having phone connection times interfere several times. He NEVER gave up on this Old Gal. I thank you for having AJ on your support team. djp
