Amazing Service!!!!!
Called the customer service and they were so helpful! They checked for me if they had the model they were looking for, they then gave me instructions how to place the order online (at my instruction as preferred method) and they guided me through. So overall great, now I just need to receive my glasses.

Unfortunately they failed repeatedly extremely slow on completing my order. If you can wait weeks on weeks then this is your place. This was sent to me: "HI J, I am sorry but i was working with to make the changes to your lenses and as i mentioned that it will take time to make them 75-0% You then started to work with someone else in our office for another order making changes for that. I tried to do my best but the delay didnt happen on our end it' because you tried to work with others and you confused everyone." They were confused on 2 different orders SMH

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Ordered new lenses, had my frames for 20 working days...call to inquire, was told lenses being inspected and to ship within days. Upon 29th day, called to inquire and find out lenses not even started yet. Basically lied to, refused to refund my money and owner Rafael Hanukashvili of course not available. When youre not available, you dont care. Mgr Karen I think is her name, zero empathy, doesnt care. Would not recommend this company if you would like your lenses within a month. Try Brunson Eyewear, they'll prob treat you better

I would give this a zero if I could. i cancelled an order I had made not 24 hours ago. Im pretty certain they hadn't even received it let alone started making them, I called to cancel and they told me I had to pay half the cost for the prescription lenses. Um What lenses? they weren't made yet. I was cancelling it in time I'm sure. Be ware of these people they'll rob you blind! Penny garrett New hampshire

Easy to use website
Easy to use website, you had the frame I needed to replace a broken one, so I can get my old lenses installed in the frame and now have a back-up pair of my tri-focals. YAY! I'm excited! THANK YOU!
