So I contacted eye keeper about 2 pairs of my glasses that had broken in same place , they got back to me instantly and are sending out a replacement . Excellent customer service ! Also communication with customers. I always get asked where my glasses are from and recommend this company ! 10/10

Blue light blockers / Only red glasses with side panels doesn't block all blue light from the side. I said this in their chat, but they argued that it's the same material even though I proved that blue light could be seen. They didn't even understand the physics behind their product and I tried to explain that. They didn't answer that inquiry. I bought the product thinking the service was a guarantee for a good product, but it seems not true.

Cheap rubbish for high price, coming from China and if you want to return it needs to go to the US. I’ve thrown away a lot of money as it’s rubbish and can’t use it. Shipment to US costs me more than the items are.

Not happy with the emails sent to me confirming.the quantity ordered and then another email asking to change quantity because of a inventory problem and then a THIRD email asking for permission to refund part of a portion of my money back which took approximately 3 weeks until it was figured out. NOT ACCEPTABLE! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

So I have had 3 pairs of glasses from eye keeper and have never been asked so much by my customers in my life where they are from, saying I love your glasses can you give me the website ect.

Total rubbish that comes from CHINA, waited a longggg time for my order and it never arrived. I still got charged and will now have to report this company to my credit card and do a reversal of funds. Swerve this company. Not worth the hassle. Wish I’d checked reviews before I ordered this junk.

If you buy it in Europe, you have to pay the returning cost to ship it to the US, even though the product was send from China with very low shipping costs. Quality is very poor of the glasses too.

Shipping was fast but unfortunately I don't like the fit of the glasses. The nose pads hurt after a while and the frame doesn't sit properly over my ears. I essentially wasted my money because I can't wear them.
