Long-term Customer; Excellent Customer Service
I've been ordering from Eyeglassdirect for 15 years and it has always been prompt, easy, and (per my optometrist) accurate. I ordered two pairs this June and/but the package was completely mangled when I received the USPS delivery. I called Eyeglassdirect and customer service ("Randy") was great - readily promised to make me whole with two new pair within 15 - 20 days; I received my new glasses in 10 days. Very impressed with the customer service.

The associate who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I was concerned about purchasing the correct size glasses for my son. He made a recommendation and assured me that the glasses would fit correctly. And I'm pleased to say that he was 100% correct. Thank you for having an amazing staff.

My experiences with "Eyeglassdirect"...
My experiences with "Eyeglassdirect" goes back over ten years(at least). I've been purchasing their titanium frames in the "Progressive no- line Transitions" as well as a few polarized sunglasses. I've never been disappointed. The titanium frames are weightless and the lenses have held up extremely well. Their service is fast and the lens prescriptions accurate. The price is very good as far as I'm concerned. I typically get new glasses every two years, but when I needed my glasses repaired, they were quick to respond. The one issue I had in that time period was dealt with courteously and professionally. I don't have any reservations in recommending there services,

Best place for glasses I have found
These people always take really good care of me. Recently I made an order and they noticed that something was potentially wrong. So they gave me a phone call and we talked about it. I don't think that happens much with other labs.

Why to use Eyeglassdirect for your eyeglasses
