You guys always send me emails for products at 35 and sometimes 49% off and then when I click to go to the website, nothing is any cheaper than it was when it was a 10% sale, you guys give me a lot of false advertisement, even though I continually byproducts from you

No accountability for third party marketplace tactics.
I just placed an order for refill cartridges for my countertop filter, and then was immediately brought to a webpage indicating that my contact (and credit card?) info had automatically been saved to something called "Shop." I do not remember checking or unchecking any box on the order form about having my contact info saved to a third party app. I complained to ExpressWater customer service about this privacy violation,, and first received an email declining any responsibility for this whatever - putting all the responsibility on me for using some app which I never chose. A second go-round of emails ended in another customer service rep requesting me to take a screen shot of the dialog box indicating that my info had been saved. This several days after I had placed the order. Honestly - how about being accountable for whatever impact(s) on your customer around whatever third party market basket service YOU are using when they order directly from your website.

One of the worst companies I've ever…
One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. I've never seen or worked with a support team that is so out of sync and doesn't seem to know what they're doing. To return an item for an RMA, I have to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket, which is ridiculous—especially since the product I received was never opened. Because of this experience, I will never do business with this company again, and I won't recommend them to my friends or family
