SCAMMERS! - This organisation has taken £150 worth of unauthorised payments from my partner & I. It was only flagged up by our bank as potential fraud, otherwise we may never have known - They claim their subscription terms are "prominent" during sign up - ABSOLUTE BULL***T! - Should be liquidated & the "directors" sent to prison - ROBBERS!

I have been charged for several months of subscriptions when I did not know this was happening. It was not until my credit card issuer from the bank, alerted me to the fact that this was happening and they want to block my credit card as a result. I never requested an ongoing subscription and want the funds returned. How do I go about getting my money refunded and block any further subscription charges? Please contact me about a refund

I’m disgusted with expert squad. I never subscribed and they’ve been charging me $64 for months. I know I should have checked my credit card more closely and will do so from now on. I hate them for the trickery. Do not use them, they are sneaks and thieves

My wife, who is 81 and not in good health, somehow was signed up to this service and took several months to notice. Like all the others who have commented negatively, I believe she might have paid £1 for advice and then was automatically signed up. We are now in the process of trying to recover the £35 she has paid every month since last September. It is causing her some distress that this has happened. I believe the ethics of this company are questionable at the best and dishonest at worst. I shall comment again on the outcome of our negotiations.

And I quote "some people were dissatisfied with unexpected charges, reporting that after an initial small payment, a much larger monthly subscription fee was applied, which they did not anticipate or explicitly agree to". Exactly my experience . £1 to get some help which resolved nothing then £29.99 per month ongoing before I noticed. 3 months charged £14.50 refunded "as per our terms and conditions" Which I neither saw nor signed. Buyer Beware big time and avoid any contact or be sure you know what you have signed up for and it is something you need and will use

How did you get my credit card number? I have never authorized you to take $59.00 aust per month from my card.I don’t know who you are , and you have scammed me out of $300. I want to contact someone with authority to refund my money. Robert Salmon

I thought I had phoned a "free advice" number. I was charged $64 for 3 months before I realised. I did not receive any receipt for any of the payments and I did not agree to sign up. Just a rip off.

You say to be honest with my review !! Expert Squad are the dishonest ones here. I am honest when I say I was directed to Expert Squad when disputing a UBER charge. Fair enough I thought. Then I was informed I had to pay a €1 fee (refundable) if they did not solve my problem. I gave my payment particulars through PayPal as it’s supposed to be secure in case it was a scam. Problem was not solved and instead of an option to get my €1 returned I put it down to experience, it was only €1 lost for now. An hour later I decided to check my account only to find the €1 plus €38 was deducted by Expert Squad. I tried and tried to get the money back without success. I got to talk to a representative to be told I signed up for a 12 month service at €38 monthly. This was not mentioned in any way so I’m afraid they are experts at robbing people and not a cent refunded to me. PayPal would not refund me but did put a stop on the monthly payments which would have amounted to an additional €418.00. UBER and ExpertSquad are good partners. Peter Greaney.

You're doing well,but my complaint is with SV*v*expertsquad,demanding payments that were unauthorized. Now using them as a continuing subscription. BLOCK, or send a new bank card.

I just noticed that I’ve been charged $29 for 4 months + $1 once. I have no idea how I got involved with this company. I was playing in a pickleball tournament the whole day on which I was first charged (January 12, 2026). I’m sure it’s my fault for not being diligent about checking my account, but upon review, I know that you would see that we’ve had no contact since our initial one. (Whatever it may have been for). I will cancel the subscription, would appreciate a refund for the months that I received no services. Thank you. Polly

I was getting corrupt file msg on my desktop. Tried to update needed files and kept running into roadblocks. Out of desperation (exasperation), I signed on with Expert Squad and they walked me through the fix. It took a couple of hours due to processes running, etc. but I feel confident my desktop's files are now clean as a whistle!

I had a problem with signing in my yahoo mail since yesterday and somehow got in touch with Diana K. - in my opinion lady who knows her job well. With few words she sorted my problem in less than 5 minutes. So, if somebody needs help in these fields - you can rely on Diana

I have been scammed by this company. They took £22 from my PayPal account without my permission. Be aware this is quite regular with them. My advice STAY WELL CLEAR.

I was having issues w/a company that does eSims for international travel in regards to setting up my coverage in SE Asia. I went online & somehow this company came up first in my Google search. I was in a hurry at the airport in Taipei & wanted to get my eSim working on my 2025 Samsung phone. ES "BAITS" you with a $1 sign up in order to get you to get scammed by them. Again, I was in a hurry & needed to get online w/my cell phone. I got on chat w/a rep. He was useless AND did NOT solve my issue in the course of a mere 5 mins. then we lost our connection as I was getting on my flight. Ex post facto once I arrived in Bangkok, on my own, I figured out how to get my eSim working. YET, unbeknownst to me, I started getting a recurring monthly fee for their service which I had NEVER authorized! Come the next month I reached out to them the DAY AFTER I still had a pending monthly charge on my acct. & they said there were going to cancel my alleged "subscription" BUT I still got charged even though it was in pending mode so I was forced to dispute it w/my credit card carrier. Again, Expert Squad is a useless criminal enterprise that bilks people out of their money using their automated subscription scam like almost all similar companies these dark IT days.
