After running the boat for 5 minutes the whole shaft and prop came off. After repeated requests to return it (requesting a shipping label), which went ignored, I’ll send it back and pay the shipping myself. Some of the responses actually sounded like they came from someone who obviously had a poor command of the English language. China!

I received a defective boat and sent an email. Exhobby said they were reviewing it and a week later nothing from them.

Your Advertising is Misleading. Your products are junk. Poor design. This product is an a very poorly design and cost pennies to manufacture and Dupping consumers.

Ordered a boat/2 spare batteries combo deal. Received boat. Later received 2 tiny batteries that did not fit boat. Emailed company. No response.

We had troubles with the first RC getting it to connect and work for us. this company was more than helpful and ended up sending a complete replacement. We are very happy. And expect to purchase again in the future.

Super slow shipping. It indicates fast shipping, but doesn’t inform the purchaser that the items have to be shipped from China to the US

Very good company Mine came damaged so I shown prove and they sent replacement out no troubles When I get more experienced I'm definitely using again

Customer service was extremely helpful in deciding which specific parts I needed. Also in suggesting an easier plane to fly as a first time flier. Plane itself came very quickly, the smaller parts, coming directly from China, took over a week or more. Since I was in no hurry to get back in the air this was not an issue for me, but wanted to make other customers aware if they were in a hurry for parts.

Yall gave me my boat without proper glue and when charged the battery puffed up and I needed to spend 12 dollars getting a European to American charger adapter for it to charge and it never was able to use it due to cell 3 not charging so I couldn't use it at all due to the charging, I want a full refund and 10 dollars extra because of the adapter I did not know I needed to spend to try to use it.

My rc aircraft arrived broken and I've left several messages to EXHOBBY and they have yet to fix the issue over 10 days later. They are ignoring my emails... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

My order was incomplete, I was charged for two sets of motors and transmission yet only received one pair. Messaged by email and their AI website and have not got any response from customer service..frustrating…

I put the order in and boom the dang thing is on my front door. Nicely, I get hints for pieces I might need and that led me to the micro control horns that sometimes break, like when I misjudged my turn and flew my new p51 through a tree. Sadly, after putting the prop back on, jiggling the controls and hearing them more then seeing I launched it NOT knowing the elevator horn had broken. Easy enough recovery, just shut the motor off, it landed hard in the grass and I put the prop back on, saw the problem and fashioned a horn out of, questionable material. The new horns will be here next week so I'll install one of those as my home brew is a little bendy. So, quick delivery and parts for airplanes that don't break much anyways. Service and availability for models that really are hard to break. THAT MUSTANG was smoking when it went MOSTLY through my Pecan tree. Knocked some leaf clusters off I tell ya. Would have only had a radio left if it was UMX.

The two models came as described but one had a fault which I couldn't resolve. When I contacted customer service, much to my surprise given modern standards of service, they accepted my problem instantly and took immediate steps to resolve it. Now both models I purchased work fine and I would not hesitate to purchase again because my customer care was excellent. Mike
