Ask for help if you need it.
It turned out that I had to get help to understand why my risk was not acceptable. I sent an email and then called the next morning. The supervisor had already reviewed my email and adjusted my application. I viewed it and made payment. Don't hesitate to ask for help. They respond quickly.

Customer Service Agent
I didn't have to wait to long for a Customer service agent to pick up .Customer service is outstanding ,easy to talk to and the young lady I spoke to each time I called was the same way awesome, explain to me exactly what I needed and help me with ease. I would recommend eventsured on merit of customer service ,and the prices are resonable. I will always buy from them. Great choice.

I needed to purchase a short term event policy for an event happening the very next day. The representative Jillian was very helpful and easy to work with. I received the email with the application immediately. It was easy to fill out and was immediately accepted. Now I can relax, knowing that my event is covered.
