Brilliant service, very polite , factual and sorted problem out straight away. So refreshing to find a company who provides a helpline that actually helps and is a real person. Thankyou and best wishes.

Great customer service and support as usual. Special Thanks to Laura Barren for her excellent help and ongoing support.I give her 5/5 👌🏼. My only comment is the serious drop in speed after reaching a daily limit of only 2 or 3 GB , even though it says unlimited download, which is a serious drawback and tricky catch. I wish they do better than this , maybe 5-7 GB daily will be acceptable.

Me and my family purchased unlimited eSIM for 10 days to be used in Scotland.. the problem is that the internet is very slow even with good signal. Note that the issue is from day one so no fair policy is activated. The support people was not helpful so that I shift to other eSIM provider

I am using this service for more years. Very rarely I have some issue, but there is always an agent available immediately, who solves the connection issue. It is a great service!
