Called to ask more information on an online trailer. Was told they would send me the details. Never sent. I followed up again and no response. Was ready to purchase but will take my business elsewhere due to poor communication/ customer service.

Upon verifying the address that this alleged company typed up themselves, it’s actually the address for Tulsa Trailer, that is not affiliated with Equip Depot SA LLC. In fact, the gentleman I spoke to at Tulsa Trailer said they own the whole lot (address) and they have never heard of this company. When you call the number (initially spoke to “Paul” with a French accent), he answered “Hello”, and then quickly added “Equip Depot”. When I called them the the second time to confirm their address that they wrote in trust pilot for their own business, they acted like they couldn’t hear me and then hung up on me. I found their eBay store which was established August 4, 2026, another red flag. Business details Equip Depot SA LLC 4550 W 49th St, Tulsa, OK 74107, United States EIN: 42-3747809 Email: (not allowed in Trust Pilot) Phone: +1 435 229-9359 Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm CT Unfortunately, we have another scam company folks.

Quickly received my freight quote, ordering process was simple. It all happened well until delivery which was a few days longer than expected. The equipment is functional and quality. I checked on my order and the support team was friendly. Would purchase from them again, just wished they would have been quicker with the delivery.

I had been searching for high quality equipment that was affordable and this was a good discovery. The quality of the product is good, the checkout process was fast and tracking notifications during delivery were useful. It came the same day as I had hoped and I'd certainly look to them again.

Well, I didn't think it was going to be this good for the money. It was simple to order from the website and my package was delivered in great condition. After using the product, I’m even more impressed with it. Very pleased with my order.
