Bought an account and used middle man and paid extra but still got scammed and all the middleman did was ask the other person if he scammed me or not and I had screenshots with his real name sending emails to the game company that his account was hacked and all MM did was to ask nicely to provide facts and didnt even bother to blacklist the scammer and he's still on their site just checked today.

Worst website ever!!!! The moment i made a purchase i got banned, tried apealing the ban without getting any solution and the seller recovered the account without me trying to make a dispute

Honestly the middle man was very patient and informative throughout the entire process between I (buyer) and the seller.

Just registered, and my account was immediately suspended. Now you're asking me to provide a 5-star review from another platform that was posted 6 months ago. I'm a new user, so how could I possibly have a 5-star review from 6 months ago?

The website in itself is pretty good and a very convenient. Once you try to talk to CS everything goes down the drain. I wanted to log back into my Account after a few months of not logging in and it demanded my usual credentials first. I did that and now it followed up with my phone number, which never happened before. Sadly enough since the date of the account creation was 10 years ago and swapped my phone number twice I didn't had anyone that still has my very old phone number. After a bit of back and forth they replied with the following: "There is not enough information on the account for me to confirm ownership. The account has been disabled as compromised. You can clear your browsers cookies / cache and register a new account to continue accessing epicNPC" They have access to my IP, I use the same device as usual, I share the same country code, I gave them info about the account creation, I could even give them information regarding chatlogs I had between other users, but all that DOES NOT MATTER. Without your phone number your account is dead. Pretty disappointed in the EpicNPC CS especially Thomas, the guy I spoke with, they only seem to use predefined answers and ignores half the messages I sent of trying to proof ownership without my phone number.

They will ban you for unjust reason and lie about it I registered an epicnpc account, went through their verification process by submitting my official government ID and phone number, only to be banned a few days after posting my threads. The justification they gave was completely absurd: they claimed one of the accounts I was listing had previously been owned by a Facebook user who was banned on EpicNPC. I bought that account in good faith on an entirely separate social media platform. I am a trader; I have no way of vetting the entire platform-specific history of every account I acquire, nor do I have access to EpicNPC’s internal banned user database to cross-reference people on Facebook. Despite this, the administration immediately jumped to malicious conclusions, accusing me of "working with" or conspiring with this banned member. I did everything a legitimate user would do to clear their name. I show my bank transaction statement and history to show that I was merely an innocent buyer who made a completely unrelated purchase. When I submitted the proof with Google Drive links containing the evidence, the support team actively lied to shut down the conversation. They claimed they couldn't access the files—a blatant lie, as the links were set to be accessible by anyone. The way this platform operates is incredibly alarming and predatory. They demand your legal identity documents under the guise of "marketplace safety," only to ban you immediately afterward on a whim using completely baseless "guilt by association" logic. It feels entirely staged to harvest users' real-world data and IDs while giving them zero right to a fair appeal. EpicNPC's management is unprofessional, paranoid, and completely untrustworthy. If you value your digital privacy, your identity security, and your time, stay far away from this marketplace. They will take your data, lock you out, and lie to your face. Edit: I already stated the reason why I deleted my chat as I have done the same with many more of my other transactions. Somehow, the literal banking details and history have absolutely no value in proving my case. Nothing but excuses to legalize stealing your IDs

Do not bother selling on EpicNPC Their moderation team doesnt take responsibility even if middleman is used. It is purely based off of "seller provides refund or ban". In my situation, I sold an account in 2024 (2 years ago), the account was banned for fraud in 2026, however I am still supposed to provide a refund TWO years later because even though the account was "fully secured" by a middleman, it apparently was not their responsibility that the account has been banned. FYI when I sold the account, it was perfectly playable. TG 144166.

Stay away... Idiot shit marketplace.. I used to be seller for a long time. I vaccumed and when i get back. They ask verification and i did.. and they rejected. I Made new account and they disabled for NO REASON.... IDIOT...!!!!

Apparently my gov Id, with my face on it and all the security features is "suspicious",banned. Just wanted to get rid of an account I feel I've wasted too much time on. Anyway is there a definitive way to delete my data or its just a "trust me bro" system where my info eventually ends up being sold? Update;18/5/2026–no comms on deletion of data. Company rep still claiming that I submitted a fake Id even though its literally a gov provided id. The number matches my country's database of me & claiming that its fake & then not providing data deletion timeline is distasteful. I wouldn't waste my time writing a review if it was fake lol. Smh.

I tried to join EpicNPC to sell a gacha game account I no longer use, but the onboarding process is extremely unprofessional. After my account was flagged for "additional review," it was rejected the same day without a clear explanation. When I contacted their support on Freshdesk, it took several days to get a response. Their "solution" was to require that I provide proof of an account on a different marketplace that is at least 6 months old with existing reviews. This is an absurd requirement for a new user just looking to use their platform. If you don't already have an established trading history elsewhere, don't bother trying to use this site. Very poor experience and unresponsive support.

Amazing one of the best gaming service very flawless and easy,just a tip if you want easy and flawless trade go for seller who at least have 50 feedback for small amount and just use paid middlemen service for big amount

Absolutely 100% recommend using this site to buy and sell accounts. The middlemen service is great and it makes the transaction safe and smooth for both buyer and seller. I've used it twice now with two different middlemen and both have been superb. Thank you 🙏

I used to use this site to both buy and sell for everything. I had a decent amount of rep too. Never had anyone say I did them wrong, just an honest buyer and seller. One day I sold a Marvel Snap account and the buyer went off and said I was logging into the account and using his in game resources to buy things in the game. An accusation that doesn't even make sense. I sold the account cause I was no longer interested, why would not have just bought things when the account was in my possession? Doesn't make any sense and I didn't do it. Well the buyer raised a dispute over it, only showed that I was logged into the email around transfer time and EpicNPC wanted me to reimburse the buyer for $107. I said no, because no evidence was provided and it was a false claim, so because I said no they banned my account even though "Trade with Caution" exists instead. When you get banned the entire site goes blank with a message that says youve been banned, no clear way to try and dispute. Now here is where I did mess up, I created an alternate account, and guess what? I continued being an honest buyer and seller, started getting my rep back up. Eventually a payment trigger flagged and I was banned again, here is where I saw you can raise a dispute, so I did. They stated they took making another account as an admission of guilt (which it doesnt) so I went down doing it the right way now, and I asked more about why I have to pay for something I never did, but eventually I gave way and I agreed to pay the $107 just so I can have access. They reached out to the person who scammed me and gave me the info to send him the money. I did under the agreement that once paid I will be unbanned. Its been almost 72 hours of me reaching out for any updates or any communication to only be met with radio silence. I also provided proof that I paid what was requested. I'm not sure what made them take his side with no evidence. But now I am out my account, and $107. The scammers have won this round. Don't be like me. P.S. Just for clarity, I wasn't given any info on how to get into their website to appeal anything so when I went to reach out one last time for info, I created one last account with the sole purpose of reaching out to an admin for help since there is no help anywhere else. I was given a final warning that any more accounts created will lead to a permanent ban with no appeal. I even asked if I could just log in once very quick just to get some info on an account I had already PURCHASED. Still only silence, I fear I've been scammed twice. EDIT: I was made to pay the fee, and then wait to see if the scammer would confirm payment, which of course being a scammer he wouldn't confirm. So I was then made by EPICNPC to make a video proving I paid (which is one of the few things here I didn't have a problem with). After all that I was finally unbanned. Still had to pay a scammer which sucks.

in 2024 I bought an account the sell pushed for armik to be the middle man refused 2 others the next day after buying the account I woke up and did not have access to the account epicnpc acknowledge that it was a scam I said what is the point of me paying a middleman fee to be scammed all the did was message the guy to give the account back or provide refund and nothing got done about it luckily when I got the account the first day I made a purchase when I contacted the game admin they asked if I had any receipts and yes I did they have me back access 2 years later (today)the guy who I bought the account from took it back again thinking I have quit. So doing a dispute again stay away from epicnpc if you buying high value accounts you will be scammed they won't get tou your money back at all. I have pictures proof if anyone wants proof. They ask you to open a support ticket which I have and nothing gets done all they do is message the scammed account and tell them to refund or give the account they don't provide you back your money they don't protect tou from the site staff and sellers scamming you Ronald brown

The site is blocking you because you left them a negative review! This is the worst site and the worst support. Your account was banned for having a previously banned account NY2321 Do you have an account on another website where you have some feedback and your account is at least 6 months old? It can be any website like Ebay or Reddit that has a feedback or reputation system. This is the message I received from them The account they say was blocked at 21 doesn't even belong to me! And they're sending me someone else's username, claiming it's me, and blocking me for no reason! So stay away from this site.
