Fair questions
I like it that the review questions are the questions that are on the test. Everyone knows that we read these quickly, especially those of us that have taken certain classes 20 times in our career. I hate trick questions or questions like “name the random fact.” Plus your videos are good.

Empire site not user friendly!
The Empire learning desktop&mobile sites are not user friendly, you have to scroll up every time to get to the next page. Also, if it times-out, it does not save your last page/where you were; you have to scroll through everything to get back where you. Lastly, if you leave the page to take a call for example, the timer resets, it does not account for the time you were actually on the page/site, unless you save & exit; consequently, that slows down progress through the course.

No selection I wanted to take all my content selection ed classes…
I wanted to take all my cont ed classes here as I used before it became Empire. I took one class instead. It’s was clunky and not as user friendly as before. I was very disappointed to learn that including the one class I already took there were only 6 other class offerings to choose from.. there used to be a great selection! i contacted cust service to see if I was missing something it was a chat bot. It said “getting a human”. Then said it can’t find a human… I would be EMAILED. Ugh
