I purchased the Complete Penis…
I purchased the Complete Penis Extension System with the Internal Stabilization Rod expecting a wearable extension that matched the product description. Unfortunately, it did not function that way for me. The product is marketed as a sleeve with a “three-part system for secure all-day wear.” In my experience, those claims were unrealistic. Without the stabilization rod installed, the sleeve collapsed because there was a significant amount of empty space inside. With the rod installed, the device became completely rigid and could not bend naturally, making all-day wear impractical. Neither configuration provided the realistic, comfortable extension I expected. I also found that the published internal measurements did not match what I measured on the product I received. The listed internal depth was 5.5–5.7 inches, but my measurements were closer to 7 inches when accounting for the overall insertion path. Because of this, I could not reach the end of the cavity despite being approximately 5.5 inches in length, leaving several inches unsupported and causing the sleeve to collapse during use. I documented this with photographs and shared them with customer support. Another issue was that one of the harness snaps did not function correctly. Although customer service offered to replace the strap, that did not address my primary concern that the product itself was not usable for me. What disappointed me most was the customer service experience. Rather than acknowledging the concerns I raised, each response simply reiterated that the product was built as designed and that no refund could be offered because it was a custom-made intimate item. I understand the hygiene policy regarding returns, but I believe there should be some consideration when a customer provides detailed documentation showing why the product does not function as expected. I respect that other customers may have a different experience, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this product. For a premium-priced prosthetic, I expected more accurate expectations in the product description and a more customer-focused approach when legitimate concerns were raised. If you’re considering this product as an extension for everyday wear, I would encourage you to carefully evaluate the published measurements and understand that your experience may differ significantly depending on your anatomy and expectations.

The customer service was lovely with me…
The customer service was lovely with me when I made a mistake and overall the experience has been good. I'm pretty happy with it detailwise. It’s a great looking prosthetic. I do have a few issues with it, but that's up to you to determine if they'll change your mind. The major one being the skin texture. As another reviewer mentioned, it's pretty rough. I wouldn't have my partner touch this with their mouth, or genitals without a condom. It's just not pleasant to touch bare handed as a person with textural sensitivity. It feels like a silicone piece to me more than a body part meant to be worn in that aspect, though its not a deal breaker for me, at this moment. The second is that the balls are a bit stiff(hard) on the underside where the shaft connects and just at the base. I understand the purpose of it is more support, but its jarring by comparison to the rest of the prosthetic. If those two things aren't a dealbreaker, then you'll be more than happy with their products! The skin moves as intended and despite the drawbacks, it's helped with my bottom dysphoria greatly and I'm quite happy with it. Also for anyone like me who was concerned about the flap size its relatively thin. I'd say probably a quarter inch, at most.

Love these guys so much
Love these guys so much! Couldn’t recommend them enough, people need to stop sleeping on them! The quality and aesthetic is so good, not to mention they are so eager to help you get your desired product, I’ve customised most of my items now, it’s the 4th time buying from them and I will buy again! Shame there isn’t more models available yet

WORSE EXPIRIENCE EVER
You accepted the order, then changed the shipping from express to standard, and I was supposed to be refunded the difference. After that, you charged me the same amount again; you were supposed to ship it using a different method, but as of the 19th, you haven’t shipped anything. In other words, you didn’t ship the order, you took my money, and you created a huge headache for me that I have to deal with and waste my time on. This is some bullshit—you’re not taking care of your regular customers.

Unfortunate but still worth checking out
Truly I love emisil, they have fantastic products the gender euphoria they provide is next to none. But I honestly regret and wish I hadn’t gotten this product, I researched and saw a few negatives but honestly for “enhanced testicles, these feel like deflated empty bags with two balls rolling around there’s none of the resistance the FL02 testers have where they actually have a *feel* and resistance they actually feel real. These have a poor texture overall as well almost like a significantly lower quality pour(?) I’m not sure the whole shaft has this little groves almost like a vinyl record? It’s really distracting and I honestly couldn’t even use it it was a major regret but I truly still believe emisil has the best packers, maybe this one is okay for someone else but it just isn’t for me and that’s okay. I’ll try again because I trust them and they’ve never let me down before. I was thankful for the fast shipping and customer service.

Bad quality products SCAM
Bad quality products , skin weak and rips , fell apart within 4 days of owning it company accusing me of braking it and refuse to help , follow all use instutions and it still splits itselfs open from simply rubbing on inside of underpants , full blame on me rather than them as they cleary DO NOT inspect items before they are shipped RIP OFF SCAMM

I bought the ER 05 (Pepperocini). It feels so real because of the high quality. That's what it makes so gender-affirming. The delivery from the US to Europe was insane fast and the customer service was fast, kind and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend!

For the price that I paid, I was very disappointed with the quality of the item. It was very uncomfortable to wear and very large and not a good option for packing as it is incredibly obvious.

I want to be fair here—product quality…
I want to be fair here—product quality and realism are excellent, and you can tell it’s a high-end handcrafted item. However, my issue is with the return policy communication. The website mentions a 14-day return window, but it was not clearly emphasized during the purchase process that made-to-order prosthetics are completely non-refundable under any circumstances. I only learned this after contacting support, which was disappointing because it significantly affects the buying decision. For a product at this price point, this policy should be made much more visible and explicit before checkout so customers can make an informed decision. Overall: great product quality, but the lack of clarity around returns is a major downside.

A pretty good product
So, each function of this works pretty well, especially for the pricing. Packing; -Looks realistic in my pants, doesn't generally tent. -Will do that occasionally and it's hard to readjust -Comfortable to wear Solid 8/10, usually have to go to the bathroom to reposition. Peeing; -Can be awkward- you have to position the shaft exactly and make sure the cup is directly around your genitals to pee without leakage. -I would reccommend a skin adhesive -Pretty comfortable for peeing -Would practise in the shower first 9/10 Play; -Stays in place in most underwear -comfortable, easy to use 10/10 I'd like to say it's also really realistic and I'd feel safe peeing with it in a public toilet. Overall, 4 stars.

I don’t write a lot of reviews
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I felt this one was important because of the customer service experience I had with Emisil recently. When I received my order for a packer it wasn’t what I considered “ as advertised “. I received a quick response via email from the company and through communication was able to demonstrate where the packer didn’t meet the measurements. I was surprised the company , after reviewing my order, sent out a different packer with no charge! For any company to back their customers ,especially when so much money is involved , is exceptional and should be recognized. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because no company is perfect. There is always room for improvement, however, with a strong foundation in fairness and good dealings the customers will always find their way. Thank you Emisil! Appreciate ya, Dane M. Haynes
