I have ordered with them for 3 yrs and all went well. My last order the product delivered was SUBPAR to say the least. When I contacted them I was prepared to send back all of the product that I have purchased so that they could trade it out for an even weight of another bark. I would’ve paid for shipping. I would do whatever I needed to do, but I couldn’t use the bar that they sent. They responded quickly and were very helpful at first, but when they saw how much I’d ordered, they did not want to mess with me anymore and just stopped replying with me entirely. Also, if I’m ordering something that is in the warehouse is here why is it taking a week and a half to get to me? The shipping is dumb and messed up. It shouldn’t take this long. I paid for it to get delivered quicker and it came one day sooner after paying $16.99. Honestly, the shipping is more annoying than anything, but the fact that I got crappy product and then totally ignored after working together on it for two days to get it remedied is unacceptable. Maybe this company is getting a little too big for their britches. I had to wait quite a while to get it and I didn’t care. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.

The 1st order went fine, shipping was quite a bit slower, but I did receive my package. Yield was good for 1 run, but subsequent runs were low yield. Ordered a 2nd time, since it was before a holiday, I allowed for extra time. After giving it a significant amount of time to arrive, I reached out to the company. I was told (essentially) "not our problem " and since I didn't put my phone number on the order it was my fault and my problem. (I did not use my phone number on the 1st order and it arrived without problem. I also know that Canada Post will rarely ever call you to find your address if the sender screws it up- it will be returned to sender). I didn't freak out and sent further emails back and forth. Despite the tracking never showing it left Greece, I was offered a 15% discount for my next order. So I made a $209 CAD, and get a $31.35 CAD discount on another order... and this was only offered after I suggested a discount. I still have all the emails, and would happily post them if necessary. Pro- nice folks as long as everything goes smoothly. Con- they DON'T stand behind their shipping policies/refunds. -their tracking only works while package is in Greece, and doesn't show if it even leaves Greece. -quality is questionable -emails are not answered in 24hrs, many of mine took upwards of a week+

I recently talk trash about this place......so this is an update to make it right The item is Mexican bark and it was real good. The shipping is pretty bad. I placed an order on the Feb 06. I received the item on Feb 20. I had ordered the Brazilian bark in the past, and the quality of it was pretty bad. I would really love to try their Southern Vision one. But since they are unable to ship to US, I just need to wait until they are able to send it out to the US.

everything seemed fine. shipping wasnt fast but i did get material. however, there was absolutely no yield from the material. i was shocked.

This company has repelled me from buying from them due to dishonesty and my experience has been so bad that I am certain that their reviews are all fake. The shipping time for my order from Greece (where they are located) to Oregon was 28 days—the Hellenic Post is a nightmare. When I finally received the bark, it was shredded not powdered even though I had paid additionally for powdered. These people assured me that the product was *extremely potent* with amazing yields and the yields were actually garbage and the product was not potent at all, i got less than .02% back off a kg so…and I waited a month for it, and they have lied to me so many times that I am certain that their positive reviews are all fake.. they will tell you whatever they need to do to secure that order and they will not stand behind their product—if you complain they say they’ll throw in a bit extra on your next order…there will never be a future order with the dishonesty and poor customer service this dishonest Greek provides.

These folks are legit! Just received my package. They provide tracking through registered mail so you can track it along the way. Took about 10 days to get to Texas. THANK YOU!
