They were very helpful through out the entire process of ordering their supplies and getting them delivered. They are kind and respectful. I had messed up with the delivery address and they quickly assisted me in changing it.

Great Customer Service and Competitive Prices
Though all my interactions with ESO were via email, I found their customer service from initial contact, placing a special order, and confirming shipping to be very responsive and helpful. They offer very competitive pricing too. I will definitely do business with Electric Supplies Online for future home improvement projects.

No communication from the company…
No communication from the company regarding ETA’s or shipping. Try to call and send emails but no response from the company. I was ready to cancel the order, I probably will never order from this company again

Absolutely terrible company to buy from
Company never responded to the several voice messages and emails. Ordered and it took a month to receive the product. In fact was going to dispute the charges the day it showed up. I will never buy from this company again and will NOT recommend anyone purchasing a thing from them. Slow shipping and absolutely no communication.

Never shipped my item
Don't try buying from this company. I placed an order and was willing to pay for shipping, thought I would support a smaller business. Apart from an order confirmation I got no communication from the company even when I called and emailed multiple times. My only recourse was to wait for the pending charge authorization to expire 30 days after my initial purchase. I've sent them an e-mail and left a voicemail saying that they need to cancel my order. I told them outright that I would not be providing another source of payment so they had better cancel the order and not send me anything.

It was easy to order, selection was fine, and prices were fair. Everything was great until they cluttered up my inbox with demands for ratings and reviews. Back in the day, we just bought stuff. We didn't buy into a long-term mail relationship...

Could be worse, but could be better
It's a pretty blatant money grab that they charge a TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT "restocking fee". This information is available for you to find if you look at their refund policy, so they don't lie about it, but it isn't stated in the checkout process, so you don't necessarily see it when you're placing an order before it's too late. I bought things that obviously I thought would work, but they didn't for my project, so I had to return them and got 75% of my order price back, but that doesn't account for having to pay return shipping out of pocket, which made it more like a 60% refund.

S-L-O-W shipping -poor service …
Tracking was terrible ship times were terrible coordination and information flow was s-l-o-w for an item, important to us, that we called ahead about and were told it was in stock it took weeks for the alumicons to arrive then the count of the items ordered was short If you don’t care about ship times, coordination or customer service you might be ok ordering here.
