We deserve better than Fed Ex
I am a long time customer of eDrugstore and if not for their choice of partnerships I'd give them 5 stars. However their choosen partnership with Fed Ex is a glaring problem. I've had repeated issues with Fed Ex failing to deliver packages on time. Although this is of course out of their hands, their choice of partnerships is not. Fed Ex is doing them and their customers a disservice. The guys at eDrugstore are a great bunch of guys and frankly they deserve better than what Fed Ex has to offer them but the failures of Fed Ex carries with it a certain amount of failure for eDrugstore as it's partner. Apologies and credits to your account after a mistake has been made are fine but nothing makes a customer feel better than a job well done in the first place.
