Impressive staff and product!
Great product and experience since starting. Better sleep, stronger energy waking, and the associates are professional as well as quick to address any prompts I've provided. Nathalie, just completed my request within 5 minutes of submitting on a Sunday, and with kind manners to mention.

Nathalie Was great at fixing my billing issue. I somehow ended up with two accounts for two different kinds of medication and she was able to cancel the one that I no longer needed and canceled that whole account so that I’m no longer on two different account accounts thank you for being awesome and getting it fixed quickly.

Melanie was helpful BUT...I have other issues
Melanie was really helpful in answering my questions. What I'm not happy with is that I was charged 3 months after I thought I'd canceled it. To find out I can't get a refund, so I don't have any choice but to get it now. I will be canceling for sure after this because I'm only 10 pounds from my goal weight and I really don't need it
