Beneficial but could be a tad simpler
The fact that this is a real thing that agents can do when they’re in a pinch, is absolutely fabulous. However, I wish the process was a little bit simpler than it is. I feel like a broker’s acknowledgment should be enough. Since they are verifying the transaction is real and cleared to close. I feel like it’s a tad much to have to have the closing company also verify. I understand why, but it makes it more challenging when the title company is busy with closings and I have call over and over to get the person on the phone that I need to talk to to verify the transaction. It was helpful, at a cost. I just wish it was simpler, but it was helpful. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. That’s a plus!
