Excellent support experience. After a website I was setting up got auto-flagged and suspended by their security system, I reached out to live chat and was connected with their Managed WordPress team within minutes. The staff at EasyWP investigated quickly, confirmed it was a false positive, restored the site, and even whitelisted it to prevent future issues — all within about 15 minutes of escalation. Fast, professional, and genuinely reassuring to know real people are behind the platform when something unexpected happens. Highly recommend EasyWP for managed WordPress hosting.

I have used EasyWP through NameCheap…
I have used EasyWP through NameCheap for many years and can say this is one of the better apps and softwares for CMS. Once it is set up, the website and dashboard works insanely good and I never run into issues. Billing is easy to manage and the pricing is fair comparatively to other services like Shopify. If I do have issues, their Customer service is immaculate. I don't say that often, but it's truly some of the best online chat support I've ever used.

Customer service is really their strong point
Customer service is really their strong point. Getting a site up and running is easy and quick, but if there is something outside the box, it can be tricky. I have a site with some complexity in the setup and they always help me to find a way to get it to work.

Bots are eating my RAM Usage !
i have the turbo plan - the majority of what easywp advertise on their sales page is true unfortunately Bot traffic it's eating my RAM usage.. when Not only 1: i have never paid for traffic or promote my site anywhere online or offline 2: my website only have 3 dummy pages 3: inside wordpress admin reading options (search engine visibility) i have Discourage search engines from indexing my site, Not only that, a year ago i self-flag my website in two different occasions to google bing when i was searching for it, Since then my site has never appeared on Bing Google Yandex or yahoo, but in my EasyWP dashboard, indicates that i am receiving traffic from them and a crypto exchange> binance, the alleged "people" who visited my site fluctuates drastically from one day to an other, Example april 8th 2887 april 12th 18947. i am unable to understand how hostinger is capable to mitigate fake traffic and namecheap doesn't - One more thing.. Easywp detects threat in your website & ask you to take action on it, when i delete the Threat files the popup message on my wordpress Admin dashboard doesn't go away even when i Backup "EasyWP detected 7 pua files" - to be honest everything in Easywp is fair but there WAF doesn't seem to be well structure
