Called and told them what I needed ,they looked it up.very quick and simple,paid for the parts and he shipped it to me. That’s what happens when you have knowledgeable people.! Thank you Denny

Chip is the best! I was fortunate to speak with Chip when I called in to get a quote on equipment for a self serve I was in the process of acquiring. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help far exceeded any expectations I could have dreamed of. We stayed in contact as the purchase transpired, and I was lucky enough to attend The Car Wash Show and met Chip in person. Not only was he as nice face to face as he was on the phone he also had the forethought to bring my estimate along with the majority of the equipment I was set to purchase so that I could visually see and discuss the list of questions I had for him as this is my first location. I cant say enough good things about my experiences with Chip and the Dultmeier team. I feel valued and appreciated as a customer and in turn I value the customer service, transparency, and integrity I was so graciously shown. I will forever pledge my loyalty as a customer and advocate for Dultmeier. This has been a wonderful experience, hopefully the first of many to come. Thank you so much!

Dultmeier always seem to have what I need. The very few times they don't, they have it shipped to my location in a few days. They are one of the few places around they have a massive inventory selection. To top it off, they have a great sales and customer service team that never seems to be in a bad mood.
