DogFence are excellent. We have had the system for more than 10 years. When it broke recently, the team were excellent and I eventually needed a service visit to my home. Great job. I would recommend DogFence to anyone with a pet who likes to escape!

Great product. Our dogs are happily roaming our farm. We love being able to let them play and trust they will never leave our property. This fence works great, and Kevin was a great guy to work with. He is one man show and takes pride in his work!

DogWatch Hidden Fences kept the explanations and the process simple. They were flexible enough to address any concerns we had prior to laying the wire. It was nice to work with a contractor who did a quality job in a low-key manner.

These folks installed our fence around 4 yrs ago. They have given excellent service. Coming out when cable folks cut thru our wire, when we cut thru our wire and always give polite and timely service and advice. We have purchased additional receivers and multiple batteries and never had an issue. We are moving south and had wire installed from another service that no where near offers the same level of customer service. We want to thank them for all these years of excellent service and kindness.

I appreciate the free estimate and quick installation. Our fence was able to be installed the week after getting our estimate. Bob called the following week to check on how our dogs were adjusting and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Installation was just few days after I accepted the bid. Blake was on time and we thoughtfully walked through where to put the wire and transmitter. The work was done by midafternoon and then Blake walked through some training tips with my dog. My dog quickly understood the warnings and the flags. Seven days after the installation my dog can use our large - one half acre - unfenced yard in safety.

The Dogwatch sale pitch and installation are good :- This is what I would expect of an organization that provides this service for an invisible fence solution, The problems being AFTER the sale is complete. 1. Expect turnover from your Salesperson/service person. almost immediately after the installation we were switched to another sales/service person which we then has to explain the challenges we were having. We continued to have challenges with one of our receivers which the required deposits and multiple payments for a system we were sold as "guaranteed". Perhaps the misunderstanding of the word was the issue, however I would expect a company that prides itself on service, would honor the "guarantee" and not continue to charge fees for defective equipment.

We're in Northern Ireland, we purchased the entire system with 4 collars quite a few years back. The system and collars are still going strong after all these years. It may have been costly BUT alot cheaper than a vet bill or worse. Ask yourself, how much do you love your dog? IT IS WORTH THE COST!! Best decision we ever made

Where to start? I originally had my smart fence installed in 2018-2019 at our first home that had just nearly 3 acres. Within just a few hours the dogs knew they were not going to make it out of the yard. They had full range of our whole property and they took full advantage. We moved in late 2020 to our new home and it had a chain linked fenced back yard. After our other dogs unfortunately passed to due age and illnesses we purchased two purebred lab puppies. They quickly learned how to escape the fence and had escaped over 100 times in a matter of 2-3 months. I knew it was time to get back in touch with a company that has a “guarantees containment.” I will NEVER go to another company. The quality, the professionalism, the communication. There is not a single company that can compete with them. I have recommended them to numerous friends and family and they have also had the same experience. If you’re looking to have an in ground dog or cat fence installed just known their company will make you a fair price and a professional install. They go above and beyond to make sure they meet all of your requests. Side note, if you live on the water and would like your animals access to a specific area into the water they can offer services. You can also ask them to put a switch in so they know they cannot go out to the water during the cold season where thin ice could start to form and keep them safe from falling into the water. Please if you’re looking for a quality company reach out to Derrick and Rachel.

This product is completely life changing. I was extremely reticent at first but, the team guided my through the process and helped me understand the proposition. I have never looked back and my cats and dogs are now safe and my mind is fully at ease. If you are in two minds - go for it.

I’ve used Dogfence for 10 years. It secures the perimeter of a large rural area and we can trust it 100% to keep the dogs on the property, even if they are chasing deer ! Good reliable system that I would recommend
