Their website is a bit difficult to maneuver through. I had some difficulties updating my address and payment options. But I did manage to complete the updating and my purchase. Now just waiting for the water filters be delivered.

I left an email noting I had used the wrong delivery address. You representative called, changed the address and pointed out I may have ordered the wrong filter. She set up a return and helped me order the correct filters. Great customer service!

Really appreciate the interactive guide on your website that helps me order the right water filter for my fridge. I also appreciate that you offer a couple of filter options. Like that you regularly have deals on purchases too. Have been a reliable source for several years.
