The filters came smashed on one side, packaging should be stronger. Also, in the past each filter was wrapped, allowing us to store the second filter easily. Had to purchase a large garage bag to wrap the second filter so it doesn’t collect dust.

The first one we used seemed to be defective. We had to call a repairman. We put a new one in Wednesday. So far, so good,

It took eight days to receive my filters which were sent from one state away. So much for "Free shipping", the cost of which is already imbedded in the high pricing. And the size of the filter is 25% smaller than my original filters. I will not be buying from you again.

I appreciate having access to our previous orders so I don't have to go searching for filter sizes. And being able to click on the "Reorder" button? Fabulous time saver!! But mostly, I appreciate that you carry filters the right size for our heating and air unit! We had no idea we couldn't just drive over to Lowe's or Home Depot for them.

This is by far the best brand of filter I have used in my refrigerator. The water is crisp and clean and the flow is continuously strong. The ice cubes are big and clear.

I purchased a 3 pack of water filters. After installing one and going through a lengthy filter process the water continued to taste like tap water. Disappointed in the quality. Purchased other filters through Amazon for less money and they work great and provide a filtered taste. As a follow up their customer service is excellent. They provided me a full refund 10 months after initial purchase.

Totally dissatisfied with this purchase. After installing filter and flushing it as directed the water certainly has a difinitive bad taste. Thought it would improve but it hasn"t. Do not recommend this filter!

Got my filters in a timely manner, but the filters I got would "not go in as described and promised". The 'DiscountFilters' GE model "RPWFE" would not go in as my previous filters from Home Depot, actual GE branded filters with "exact model number". At first glance the filters looked identical. But upon very, very close comparison the "moulded tabs" at the head of the filter where it actually goes into the receiving end of the filter housing on my GE refrigerator were very minutely longer and 'protuded' ever so slightly farther than the GE filters. That is why they "would not seat" properly as the GE filter would. And with these filters having a micro chip on them to let the consumer know when it is/was time to change the filter, proper seating of the DiscountFilter could not be achieved. When I called the 888 number for Discount Filters customer service, they couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful in resolving the issue about the filters from them "not fitting". They offered to refund the 'full purchase price' and/or send me a new set of filters. I received my refund the same day, "today" in less than 8 hours. Almost unheard of in today's customer service interactions. I will be happy to order any future filters for the fridge, HVAC, dryer, etc from Discount Filters. Very pleased, Mr. Babb

The water filter products are quality. The prices are competitive. The delivery is prompt. I recently ordered the wrong water filter and they promptly handled my mistake with a refund. Great service.

Your company is very responsive and exceptionally reasonable. Got a new Samsung Refrigerator so no experience how long the filter lasts. Wanted to make sure I had one ready so haven't had to install yet. But I am ready. Printed out your instructions. Nice touch. Thank you.

The filter did not fit, same as the last one, but now it has brackets, and the filter will not go in all the way. Need to return.

Great fit to replace original OEM filter. Water is sparkling clean which makes cleaning pool much easier. This filter is doing what it is supposed to do.

one of the boxes was damaged. I have one filter that is partially smashed. Not sure if it will work or not. Otherwise, filters look good and happy with order.

The first filter we installed in our refrigerator leaked and caused water damage in our family room. We now have stained ceiling and our carpet was saturated. It took several days to sop up and ventilate the carpet to dry it, and it smelled atrocious. This was the first time we had been disappointed in your product. We are not having the same issue with the second filter that we installed.

For the first time in a long time, a store that got your order online purchase right? And I was able to get my purchase in a fashion manner, and I appreciate the time frame that everything had worked out. The product is great. It was exactly what I was shopping for online and I would definitely buy again from this company. They are great to work with. And they have great products exactly.
