Beautiful EP Wallet, Excellent Quality and Outstanding Service
I’m very happy with my EP wallet package! It’s lightweight, compact, and much easier to carry than standard plastic jewel cases, which makes it perfect for bringing to live shows and tours. The print quality is beautiful—the colors are vibrant, and the glossy finish gives it a very professional look. Thank you to the Disc Makers team for all of your help throughout the process. Excellent product, Good service
I used Discmakers to produce my 18 track album "Speciated". It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. The CD creation process was fully digital and easy to use. The cover creation process was easy to use as well. I ordered 100 CDs and they arrived well on time. Through the whole process I was notified with exact updates as to what the status of the project was. Well done. Outstanding job.

Great Customer Support

Overall Good Job
Very helpful over the phone and email. Didn't have to deal with bots. There was only one issue, but I got used to it, so it's not bad. I was told that the back outside tray would not have a border when printed (which it did in the proofs). When I received the CDs, the border was there. Overall it was a good job. CD itself sounded fine. I wish there was a way to convert from RGB to CMXY without having to go back and forth to get it right.

Missing spacing.
As before, my Disc Makers experience was generally good. I had previously replaced 1 mix on a CD when reordering, paid for the change, and all was fine. This time I wanted to replace a couple of tracks with new mixes and was encouraged to resend masters of the entire CD with the new mixes included. The new QR code artwork was perfect, but the tracks were now missing the space between tracks that were on the original as sent in by my mastering guy. The explanation Disc Makers gave me made sense, but I should have been informed in advance.

UWS 26 We Are Brothers
Everything and this project from inception to completion was absolutely outstanding. This is my second CD project with Disc Makers and both of them have been wonderful. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the package I chose doesn’t sit quite flat after you remove the shrink wrap.

Everything is great…… except: Continue to have difficulties doing my own cover art and aligning with the specs. Wish there was a video presentation of someone actually demonstrating the process to clients.
