Fantastic service and delivery from Ian…
Fantastic service and delivery from Ian and Leigh, so helpful and their communication about my delivery of my replacement kitchen door was exceptional, not every one replies out of hours to keep you updated. We are so pleased with the match of our door we are going to replace another couple. The door came well packaged and protected and am more than happy to recommend their service. We were not disappointed, thanks both, keep up the excellent service

What brilliant service
What brilliant service. Needed to replace some doors in our kitchen but was unsure of the types and sizes etc. Called them directly and they helpfully talked me through the order which arrived very quickly. Also, doors are even better quality than my originals. Cannot recommend highly enough. 5* star service.

Great made to measure kitchen doors and drawer fronts.
The kitchen doors and drawer fronts were made to measure and fit perfectly - they look great. More cost efective and less disruptive than having to replace the cabinets.

Excellent problem-solving
Easy to navigate site. Excellent prices. Very well packaged. But the best part, I cocked up a measurement. They sorted a new door within a few days. Really saved my bacon. If I were to split hairs, I'd say a more specific delivery slot would be advantageous, but the delivery guy called 30 mins before, so no drama. Really happy with the overall service.

Happy Customer
Very impressed, I ordered five doors with new hinges and pre-drilled hinge holes. The product quality was really good and the new hinges were 'soft-close' which was a nice bonus. The accuracy of the machining was perfect, I even had a call from the production team to query a dimension I had put on the order where I had made an error. With the hinges fitted to the doors, they assembled to the old units perfectly. No need to re-drill hinge mounts on the carcases! Very good value compared to other on-line suppliers. Would use again.

Great Customer Experience
After thinking about upgrading our kitchen I ordered a set of doors from Direct Kitchen Doors. I expected to be waiting for a while for them to be bespoke made and delivered. In less than two weeks I had ripped out the old kitchen and fitted new, including the doors as they arrived sooner than I thought. The doors all fitted perfectly and were just as advertised. If not better. One door had a small mark that appeared to be part of processing. After contacting DKD they sent out a replacement with no quibbles. All in all a top product with excellent service. I can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Leigh and team.

Very good company!
What can I say. This company is why it's often better to deal with a private company opposed to a big corporation. Leigh was so helpful with changes and amendments we made with our quote / order. Its the details that make a big purchase easier knowing you are in good hands. Everything arrived packed and protected very well too. The quality is top notch! We didn't need new cupboards only the doors and they were all cut to size so an easy swap on a budget. Thanks again Leigh!

Excellent company to deal with.
Excellent company to deal with. Confrm receipt of order right away even at weekends & question anything that doesn't seem right in measurements. Especially good for elderly who get mixed up with mm & cm. Manufacturing time is very quick & delivery is a couple of days with a reliable company.

Top quality products
The quality of the products I ordered were very good and the communication from the service team also top notch. All doors and drawer fronts were custom made to measure. I am very pleased with the look of the 'new' kitchen after replacing all the doors and drawer fronts. I would definitely recommend the company.
