Do not purchase from this company. They offer a horrible product.It looks good on the pitcher, but they give you nothing to support it on. They sent me the pitcher frames with 0 mounting holes. Only one brick with adhesive glue and they expect using glue for this to work. That is so awful. And let's mention horrible customer service that they don't even answer when questioned. So do yourself the favor and do not waste your money on this product.Or this company for any other products.

Wrong item. The emailer did not seem to care. Don’t buy from them. So they responded saying this is what I ordered. It is not what I ordered. They still don’t care. They just tell me I’m wrong. Bad business practice. They could have made this right and STILL they choose not to do the right thing. They also claimed it defamatory. It clearly isn’t. They just don’t want to fix a problem.

An incorrect item was initially shipped. The Dia-dia-dia team was very responsive and provided timely communication, offering several alternatives to make things right. In the end, the correct (custom order) product was shipped quickly at no additional cost to me. Their customer service in addressing the problem was outstanding. The frame itself appears well-made and should make an outstanding display.

I had a great experience with Dia-dia-dia. Initially, I received the wrong item, but their customer service responded very quickly and handled the situation professionally. They immediately offered a replacement and even allowed me to keep the incorrect item. The correct product arrived shortly after in perfect condition, exactly as described. I really appreciate the fast communication, smooth resolution, and overall excellent service. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how they are handled — and in this case, it was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Good quality, easy to hang up, and shipping was fine for me. They were packaged with styrofoam corners and well wrapped so I didn't see any damage. I'm planning on buying a 4th one soon to complement the three I did get.

I ordered a display frame hoping it would arrive within a few days, but the delivery took far longer than expected. Communication could definitely be improved as I didn’t receive clear updates about the order status. The product itself is decent, but the overall experience was a bit frustrating. Hopefully the company can improve their delivery and customer support in the future.

Very happy with the item exactly how it’s described on the website. I was a bit worried as it was bought off Facebook but the company has done well and produce a good product even if it is a little bit expensive only criticism is more update updates on delivery as it has taken a third day of time to arrive.

I ordered a LEGO wall display frame from dia dia dia display for my Black Pearl build, and it completely transformed the way it looks. The acrylic display case keeps everything dust-free, and the background artwork it feel like a true collector's showcase.

I ordered the jack sparrow pirate ship frame from this company and first off, it was way overpriced. Not only was the Frame itself over $200 but the shipping from china was an additional $75!!! I had to wait about a week and a half for it to arrive and upon opening the box I found the frame to be completely broken on one side with the backdrop creased. I contacted DIA’s customer support team and they were NO help, their exchange policy clearly stated that if the frame was unusable (as this one was) you would be fully compensated. I was not. After bickering back and forth with them for 2 weeks they blamed it on the shipper instead of their lousy packaging job and only offered me $80 back. That’s less than a third of the total cost!! I am SEVERELY UNHAPPY with my purchase and will NEVER be using them again. As a business owner myself, I cannot fathom treating one of my customers this way.

I have ordered a console from them, it arrived in perfect condition yeah it took a while to get here but it was expected due to the long distance (from America to Europe) and there was a little stuck during the customs inspection but dia dia helped a lot and they have covered the extra costs form the process so it is a big high five for them. Thank you from here too. I absolutely recommend it!

I placed my order a month ago. I cannot access my shipping information. No idea if or when my package will arrive. Would strongly recommend against this website.
