They had the grill I was looking for when others did not. They shipped it out very quickly and arrived sooner than expected. There was a slight problem with the shipping but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. When I txt'd the response was soon to follow. I'd definitely purchase from them again!

If I could give 6 stars I would! Luca answered all my questions (and I had too many) with kindness and patience. I received all my outdoor kitchen appliances within just two business of placing my order, and they were shipped safely and securely. Don't hesitate to buy from Luca. One of the best online shopping experiences I've had in a long time. My wife and I will be ordering more from him soon!

I recently purchased a grill from Designing Backyards, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The customer service team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process, making everything smooth from start to finish. The grill itself is fantastic … high-quality, well-designed, and performs exactly as advertised. You can really tell they stand behind the products they sell. It’s rare to find both great service and great products in one place, but Designing Backyards delivers on both. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor setup.

I ordered a BroilMaster Marine Grade 32” drop in grill w/cart and Rotisserie kit. The customer service with Designing Backyards is unmatched. They will promptly return any message you send regarding the purchasing and shipping of products. There are a lot of scam sites out there (ask me how I know 😒). I ordered my grill a week ago and am cooking on it right now. BroilMaster grills are amazing and so is Designing Backyards.

Wow, what can I say about Designing Backyards other than they are a top notch business. Luca went above and beyond in taking his time and making sure I was satisfied with my choice of grill and accessories. I made the order on Monday and everything arrived Wednesday! Fast and efficient. I was so impress by their customer service that I actually placed another order. This time for a gas grill. Luca reached out to let me know the order was processed and should be ready to ship out. Again, these people are fast and efficient. A+++ service. From now on I will exclusively be buying from Backyard Designs when it comes to outdoor kitchen appliances and accessories!

Looking for a Grill and wanted up front pricing and had a few questions. Luca was extremely responsive and very low pressure. Everything went smooth with wonderful communication / I prefer to text rather than calling and Luca was very responsive with answers and suggestions that made this a wonderful experience. THANK YOU!! Love the new Grill setup.
