Very disappointed...
I've left several reviews (as asked per Conversion Whale) with them letting them know how poorly their service has been for my client, and never received anything back from them along the lines of "how can we do better." I would never recommend any dental practice to use them to build out a website. The post website service as well as social media (paid extra for this) and paid media was terrible. It takes forever to get answers to questions, follow-up care, and anything requested done for the site. It was painful and cost me and my client hours of time and $. Beware of this one. They implemented this new, custom-built tool called ORCA last January and it has never fully functioned.

We had to leave conversion whale. They have kept ahold of our domain, and are making it extremely difficult to get it out so we can switch to another company.

Conversion Whale was affordable
Conversion Whale was affordable, they got our website up in no time and it looks fabulous. The people are friendly, professional and know what they are doing. On boarding specialist Mayra Rojas was so friendly and did above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I feel like we are on our way to growing our Milestone Dentistry offices with help from Conversion Whale. I highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with my experience
Couldn't be happier with my experience. Multi months after signing up and my website is perfect and the phones don't stop ringing. Check out the work they do. I personally work with John and he goes above and beyond to respond at all times of the day (night). Worth every penny. Reach out to John Donato, trust me. You'll love the results.

The best
The best, I've used many marketing firms, Conversion Whale is the best and is always working to improve our results. They respond very quickly not only by phone or email but by action. They get things done very quickly whether it's a website, a campaign for a new product, technology or seminar.

Highly recommend them
I have been working with Conversion Whale for almost 18 months, and my practice has seen more web traffic and new patient leads in this time period than I experienced with my previous internet marketing service in over five years! Conversion Whale designed an engaging web site, they have made suggestions on how to spend my monthly online marketing budget, and a feature that has been well received by my current patients is the news letter they send out each month highlighting what is happening in my practice and offering specials. Very professional, honest company that is interested in seeing my practice succeed. I highly recommend them.

Fine service
We have been using conversion whales as our marketing company and its been the most rewarding experience so far compare to all marketing company that we used in past 8 years. Customer service is great, always get follow up communication and its a one stop shop for all marketing needs. BEST part is we have tremendous increase in new patient no. which comes from online exposure. I will be using them as long as they are providing services in dental industry. After a frustrating and absolutely awful experience with our previous marketing company that GUARANTEED " phone calls" based on a complete new patient attraction system (relying behind the scenes - in part - on crediting new phone leads from wrong numbers, sales calls and even current patients), we chose Conversion Whale to restore our new patient acquisition program & website that the last company had run into the ground. From Day One Conversion Whale has been committed to achieving results, constantly analyzing new patient data, and working to understand our fee for service dental market to make sure our marketing dollars are well spent. The entire team at Whale has been courteous, attentive, responsive and professional in addressing our needs and requests. Our client success agent John has been excellent to work with, initially working with us outside normal business hours to ensure a fast transition to our new Whale website when we needed help the most. We continue to receive positive compliments from new patients joining the practice who view the website, and the video testimonials have been very effective in attracting high quality patients to our practice.
