Craig made the experience great by explaining everything clearly. He gave me the best options for my situation and guided me through the process for a successful resolution for getting my student loans on track. The payment is better for my situation.

100/100 do not recommend I received call after call declining offers as I was already struggling James promised they can work with me when I couldn’t make a payment they continued to charge me I cancelled the policy still being charged spoke to their 3rd party collections and explained I didn’t feel comfortable continuing business as this is very overwhelming for someone trying to help.

What made my experience great was my initial call with Carrieann, she explained the process&by the end of the call the reduction to my payment was so unbelievable I had to ask her was this real&what was the catch!! After a short period of time waiting for an approval Kaitlyn let me know I was approved&kept me up to date through email. I was still in a state of happy shock when I found out my payments were reduced from over $600 a month to $21.60!! So I called&emailed Kaitlyn because I didn't want to miss any time deadlines&still had questions. Kaitlyn called me back that day, was happy&pleasant answering all of my questions&let me know what would happen with future payments&recertifications. This company is amazing, these 2 Ladies are amazing&this is real&works!! Thank you GOD&thank you Debteaze!! You definitely eased a lot!! 🥳💵

Well I was expecting the payment to be taken out on the 5th or 6th & it kinda shocked me when I looked at my balance on today rhe 11 th and the money was gone??. That's all !!!

They were prompt in taking my monthly payments, but my loan servicer never was communicated with. They did not do as they said. James Kalis is nice enough, but he is less than truthful and if you ever need to contact them, they will not return your call. It is my belief that these reviews are doctored. This company does not help with student loan repayment. I will chalk my payments sent to Debteaze as a loss but I will never recommend this company. I was even told my loan servicer that they have NEVER heard of this company and they get calls daily from honest people who have been scammed by debteaze. Just be aware of who you are giving your payments to. I promise if you call your loan servicer, they WILL work with you and they WILL get you a payment you can afford. Just take it from me and don't let them dupe you, too.

Recent changes to student loan repayment plans had me worried and frustrated. I spoke with Kayleigh and she was very understanding, patient, and effective. She was able to enroll me in a new plan that suits my budget, and walked me through the entire process. I started out on the call a little angry, and I told her that I was upset right from the start, and she didn't let that get to her (I don't think I could have been as nice as her if the roles were reversed). It's a tough job what these people do, because, come on, who looks forward to settinng up payment plans for their student loans? But after speaking with Kayleigh, I'm confident I know the path forward, and if I do have questions, she (and DebtEaze in general) is just a phone call away.

This company is a scam, charging to do something that I had already done. I had to go in and change my information and cancel the card I had on file with them. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THEM!!!
