Terrible quality. Not a professional grade product.
Terrible quality. Printer lines (pink and blue) ran through the entire cloth which should have been a solid cream. Impossible to return. Approx $70 to ship back to China. They prefer you keep and they offer refund but they only offer $60. Do NOT recommend.

I was extremely nervous about ordering…
I was extremely nervous about ordering initially for various reasons. I took a chance and the outcome exceeded my expectations! I designed a backdrop for a scene in my stage production. It was just a picture of what I wanted and they produced it exactly as I desired. It is so vibrant and we got rave reviews. We ordered four total for the show and all were great. I was pressed for time and all four got here in time for the show. I was very pleased.

Fantastic product and experience!
The communication was amazing, especially across Time Zones which can be hard. They made the process so easy, including customization. The products arrived and they were beautiful. The quality was great. Everyone has been complimenting them and are so impressed. Delivery was also very fast. They got the order started immediately.

The final product is great but it came after the event! This is the second time that I pay express shipping fees but between the printing and the expedition, a delay occurs! Otherwise great product!

The banner was colorful and printed on nice material. It was delivered on time. The only problem was that it gave the wrong date for Juneteenth! We had to use fabric paint to change it from June 13 to June 19.

Amazing Backdrop
This backdrop was better than I expected. The material was soft and the creases were easy to remove using a backdrop steamer. The color is amazingly beautiful and picturesque. The pricing is reasonable compared to other backdrops I have purchased. I will be purchasing my backdrops from this company again.

I placed in Rush order and have not received any response yet. Is this a scam company? Have anyone received their order from this company? UPDATE!!!! Yes! This company legit. Order came in. They just have poor communication skills on the front end and tracking that’s all, but you will receive your order.

The bright colors and quality of the art. we perform in art galleries as a travelling theater company so we need to look artistic and HIGH quality Thank you The only issue was with customer service I tried to confirm that i only ordered one and it would not so i ordered a second backdrop to insure we had it for opening and now i have to return one

I ordered background curtains on April…
I ordered background curtains on April 16, and got it just yesterday April 30. Webside offered for me to make order more than 200$ for be able to get rush shipping (2-6 days). And I did it. After 10 days I needed to write to them for check tracking number or any details because it’s was quiet, and I got dry answer, “you gonna have in couple days tracking number and then it’s take around week for get it”. Curtains fine, but whole for my metal frame too small, so I will try sent it back.

Good but disappointed
Ordering was easy. Delivery was on time. Quality was good. I wish I could have used it. But, I went with another backdrop because the colors were not as I expected or hoped. I thought the colors would be more vibrant. They were dull, muted. Not as I had expected.
