You Mixed up My Sample with Someone Else’s!
You got my first sample from my home here on the East Coast switched with a person‘s sample from the West Coast with severe PFAS contamination. Luckily I caught this very serious error and you very considerately sent a replacement kit to me which came back absolutely clean for PFAS.

I purchased a water test and no response
I purchased a water test sometime ago and recently sent in the test in the box with the label as instructed and the package was returned unable to deliver-return to sender. I have reached out to Cyclopure twice and I am still waiting for a response back.

Very thorough test
The test results arrived in the time promised. They were very thorough and well explained. I did have one area of concern with my PFAS levels, but that was highlighted to focus my attention. Thank you

Water test results
Thank you for the complementary water test results. I was surprised to learn that my PFAS concentration was above the standard level. Also thank you for sending the complementary water dispenser to help eliminate the PFAS contaminant.
