I’ve had a really positive experience with Cultural Care Au Pair. The whole process has been well organized, and I’ve felt supported and informed throughout my journey. The staff have been kind, professional, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed guidance. I especially appreciate the communication and support they provide, which makes such a big life experience feel much easier and less overwhelming. I’m very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Cultural Care to anyone considering becoming an au pair!

Why you should choose Cultural Care
I chose Cultural Care because I wanted to experience being an au pair in the United States while knowing that I would have support and guidance throughout the entire journey. From the very beginning, I found the platform really helpful for managing my documents, completing my profile, and getting to know the different host families. One of the parts I enjoyed the most was definitely the matching process. I spent so much time getting to know different families through their profiles, looking at their pictures, and trying to find the one that felt like the right fit for me. After taking my time and getting to know different families, I finally found my host family, and now I’m in the final stages of preparing for my departure. Whenever I had questions or doubts, I also knew I could reach out to the agency and get the support I needed throughout the different steps of the process. Now that my departure is getting closer, I’m so excited to start this new chapter and see where this experience will take me.💗 I’m truly grateful for everything I’ve experienced with Cultural Care so far, and I hope my experience can inspire someone else who is thinking about taking the leap and starting their own au pair adventure.

Rematch
I was so scared about going into rematch but the whole process went really smoothly thanks to the agents that helped me. They made sure I was placed with an LCC in a safe environment until I was ready to move in with my new host family and they always checked on me as well as booked my rides to the airport. I appreciate all of them so much and cannot thank them enough.

I was wonderfully welcomed by Tracy and all her family, and I immediately felt comfortable and confident with them. They are very benevolent people, listening and always available. As soon as I had a question or needed help or advice, I knew I could count on them. I also really appreciated the balance they create: they know how to give au pairs their space and independence, while organizing activities and moments all together. These are memories that I will keep for a long time and that I will never forget. I am really grateful to have had the chance to meet Tracy and her family and to have shared these moments with them. Thank you for your welcome, your kindness and your benevolence!

An Amazing LCC Makes All the Difference
I just wanted to say how grateful I am for LCC, Katerina! She has been amazing throughout my au pair journey, especially during my rematch. She was always there to support me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt cared for during a stressful time. Great Agency
My experience with Cultural Care has been very positive. From the application process to arriving in the United States, I felt supported and well-prepared. The program has given me the opportunity to experience a new culture, improve my English, travel, and meet amazing people from all over the world. One thing I especially appreciate is the sense of community through Local Childcare Consultants and Ambassador events, which make it easier to connect with other Au Pairs. Whenever I had questions, there were resources available to help guide me. Overall, Cultural Care has given me much more than just a year abroad—it has helped me grow as a person, become more independent, and create memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Great experience
The whole process was simple and easy to follow. I downloaded the app, created my profile, filled in my information, and choosing a host family was straightforward.
