Cuddly is all about Love!
I just love how Cuddly helps all animal rescues around the country in one place! I wish I could help them all but this way I can help animals I would have never known about on my own. Thank you for all you do!! You do a great service.

Not just disappointed, but disturbed by their company’s leadership.
Well I started out excited only to be extremely disappointed and honestly left feeling disturbed by the way the regional of DFW Karson Goldbach handles things. I worked a couple events, one was even alongside here where she told me I was doing great, i was even made aware I was requested at their events by the other rescue organizations like miles of hope. I asked how to get accounts set up with cuddly as well and never got the set up directions either. Their regional decided to send my rescues content to a repost page that takes donations away from rescues and not only did they use our content, made up a random untrue story about the dog they posted, then when we asked for our rescue to be credited for transparency (my cofounder and husband was fully visible in one of the photos taken during OUR RESCUES organized adoption event) they took down the post and the rep Karson Goldbach called my personal phone to pretty much try to press into me and bully me into letting them do it. It wasn’t just some girl calling me that upset me, it was how sharp she was, and how all over the place she was trying to essentially make me be okay with them not crediting our rescue for OUR WORK they were presenting with a FALSE story. Here are just a couple quotes from the conversation; brace yourself for the problematic last one. “I told them not to tag you or credit you” “Well it’s on the internet so there is really nothing you can do” “Well if they have to credit you, there will be no more sharing the Sherman Animal Shelter at all in the future” This is supposed to be a company that cares about shelter pets. How in the world is this the regional rep? Appearances are NOT what they appear online especially if this is how their leadership operates. Side note: they took the content from a shelter support folder that was made up from our evaluations, and efforts to find the dog placement. It wasn’t published on the internet anywhere but on our rescues page overviewing the event. My husband is a professional athlete, even I have to get approval before posting him. The ethics are not there for leadership so how can it be there in the company for any aspect? And yes I have a photo of the call log

I spoke with Joshua of Customer Service…
I spoke with Joshua of Customer Service about the pictures coming out of the American Cairo rescue. While I can handle most photos/video on Cuddly, Am Cairo seems to want to show the worst situations, and I think they need to do some screenings. It upsets me very much, and I am sure others too. While they may thinking it is causing people to give more, I personally think it is hurting their fundraising. Joshua told me he would speak with him and was very responsive to my concerns. While I would rate him five stars, it remains to be seen what American Cairo Rescue will do. I think it is hurting the overall Cuddly incredible effort to save lives.
